Care, stays and learning

Hospitals.

Where it usually hurts first

Insurers cut or return claims over one missing paper, and the family waits at discharge.

Where we would start: Discharge and claim file. Assembles the discharge summary draft, bills, reports and insurer forms the moment the doctor plans discharge, checks them against the insurer's list, and the doctor signs.

Discharge files are ready by morning rounds, and beds turn before noon.

An example, never a client's result

Safe to say yes, in writing.

  1. “I'll pay and nothing will work.”
It has to pass on your old work before it touches today's.
  2. “The price will creep.”
One fixed price, in writing, before any work.
  3. “I'll be locked in.”
Stop any month and keep everything.

Your week, as it runs today.

Hospitals earn per bed day, procedure and test, paid by patients, insurers and government schemes, so revenue depends on full beds, quick discharges, complete bills and claims that get paid. Apollo earned Rs 60,839 a day per occupied bed at 68% occupancy in the quarter to December 2024, and ICRA expected its sample of large hospitals to run at 62 to 64% occupancy in 2024-25. The work is admissions, nursing, pharmacy, billing, insurer approvals, scheme claims, discharge and records.

  1. 01

Discharges bunch up after 4 pm, and the emergency waits for beds.

  2. 02

Three cashless approvals sit with the TPA, and the families wait in the lobby.

  3. 03

Consumables used on the ward never reach the bill.

  4. 04

Nurses write their charts at the end of a twelve hour shift.

  5. 05

Scheme claims from three months ago are still unpaid.

What it costs.

A study, 2024

Insurers cut or return claims over one missing paper, and the family waits at discharge.

And the rest of the week

  1. No number yet

Our nurses spend their shift writing instead of caring.

No figure we can stand behind yet, so we print none.

  2. A study

Scheme dues sit unpaid for months.

On 8 August 2025, 650 of the 1,300 private hospitals in Haryana's Ayushman Bharat scheme suspended services over about Rs 490 crore of unpaid dues, which are meant to be paid within 15 days (Moneylife).

  3. A study, 2024

Beds sit empty in one ward while patients wait in another.

ICRA expected occupancy across its sample of large hospitals to run at 62 to 64% in 2024-25, even as they add thousands of beds (ICRA, December 2024).

  4. Our own sum

The phone never stops: appointments, reports and bills.

Two people answering patients' same questions about appointments, reports and bills all day cost about Rs 6 lakh a year in salary.

  5. A study

Patient records end up in free AI tools and on personal phones.

77% of staff who use AI tools paste data into them, and 82% of those pastes come from personal accounts the company can't see (LayerX, October 2025). In India the average data breach cost Rs 22 crore in 2025, and unapproved AI use added about Rs 1.8 crore to it (IBM Cost of a Data Breach, India, 2025). India's Digital Personal Data Protection Rules were notified on 14 November 2025, most duties apply from 13 May 2027, and failing to protect personal data can cost up to Rs 250 crore (Treelife summary of the Rules).

  6. No number yet

New nurses take months to learn how we work.

No figure we can stand behind yet, so we print none.

What we would build

Ten systems for hospitals, under the six offers.

We plan the whole company, then build the first three. The usual first build here is marked, and the window beside the cards shows the one you are reading.

Discharge and claim file, the usual first build here. Shown with sample data.

Get the work doneEverything comes to you. Most of it shouldn't.

  1. The usual first buildDocuments

    Discharge and claim file

Assembles the discharge summary draft, bills, reports and insurer forms the moment the doctor plans discharge, checks them against the insurer's list, and the doctor signs.

  2. Voice

    Nursing notes by voice

Nurses speak their notes at the bedside, the chart is drafted with readings from the monitors, and the nurse checks and signs.

  3. Operations

    Bed board

Every bed, planned discharge, cleaning and waiting patient on one screen, so beds turn faster.

  4. Apps

    Bedside charge capture

Consumables and procedures scanned at the bedside, so everything used lands on the bill.

Win customersLeads wait until Monday. The buyer doesn't.

  1. Conversations

    Patient line on WhatsApp

Appointments, reports, bills and directions answered on WhatsApp in the patient's language.

Get paidYou did the work. The money shouldn't take 90 days.

  1. Agents

    Pre-authorisation agent

Fills insurer and TPA portals with the right papers, answers their queries and tracks each approval.

  2. Intelligence

    Claims to payment tracker

Every insurer and scheme claim tracked to payment, with deductions analysed and appeals drafted.

Know your companyOnly one person knows how pricing works.

  1. Knowledge

    Protocols and policies search

Hospital procedures, accreditation standards and the drug formulary searchable for staff, with the source beside each answer.

Stay in controlYour staff already use AI. Your files go with them.

  1. Models

    Private health AI

Models that run on your own servers, so patient records never pass through a public AI service.

  2. Trust

    Consent and access log

Patient consent recorded, and every look at a record logged with who and when, ready for the data protection rules.

A sample supplier invoice: read, matched to the order, with one line flagged for a person. Shown with sample data.

The same week, with them running.

The five moments from the top of this page, once the first systems do their part. Flip back to see how it runs today.

An example week. It shows how the work changes, never a measured result from a client.

  1. 01

Discharge files are ready by morning rounds, and beds turn before noon.

  2. 02

Approval requests go with every paper the insurer wants, and queries are answered in minutes.

  3. 03

Every consumable scanned at the bedside lands on the bill.

  4. 04

Nursing notes are drafted from the nurse's voice and the monitors, and the nurse checks and signs.

  5. 05

Each claim is tracked to payment, and short payments are appealed with the right papers.

Signs it is time.

  • Discharges happen late in the day.
  • Claim deductions or unpaid scheme dues are rising.
  • Nurses are short and overtime is high.
  • Accreditation or re-accreditation is coming.
  • Work on the data protection rules has started.

Who decides.

The chief executive, chief operating officer or medical superintendent, with the head of revenue cycle or nursing; for anything near care, the medical director signs off.

Why this time is different.

AI that was bought and changed nothing.

A tool was bought and nobody owned the job. We take the whole job, test it on your past work, and stay to run it.

What hospital administrators ask first.

Who says yes before anything goes out?

The person who owns that job at your company today. You name them when we write the rules with you. Inside those rules the agent acts at once. Anything outside them waits for one tap from the person named, on their phone, ready to approve or to change.

Do we have to change the software we use?

No. We build around the systems you already run, in accounts in your company's name, and we confirm each one before we start.

What does it cost?

There is no price on this page, because it depends on the work. After the session you get a written proposal with the scope, the test it has to pass, who works on it and one fixed price, before any work.

Where we would start for hospitals: Get the work done

Everything comes to you. Most of it shouldn't.

Routine decisions follow your rules. What still needs you arrives on your phone as one tap, with the facts attached.

What changes. Nothing is typed twice, nobody asks where a job is, and routine decisions follow your rules.

What we measure, before and after. Orders typed by hand in a day, decisions reaching the owner in a week and hours spent chasing.

The old way keeps running until the new one has passed on your own work.

What costs your hospital most? Bring us that.

45 minutes on a video call with our founder and the people who live with the problem. Nothing to sign. You leave knowing what we would build first, and why.
