You do. Every account, the code, the data, the brand and the agents are in your name from day one. Stop at the end of any month and everything comes to you as plain files.
It depends on the idea, so there is no price on this page. After the session you get a written proposal with the scope, the plan and one fixed price, before any work, sized to where you are. It is a price a growing company can say yes to.
