Care, stays and learning

Education and training.

Where it usually hurts first

A parent fills the form on Sunday, and we call on Tuesday.

Where we would start: Admissions desk. Answers every enquiry from your site, ads and WhatsApp within minutes with the right course, fees and dates, books the visit or counselling call, and follows up until the family decides.

A coaching institute answers batch timings and fees in Hinglish at midnight and books a demo class.

An example, never a client's result

Safe to say yes, in writing.

  1. “I'll pay and nothing will work.”
It has to pass on your old work before it touches today's.
  2. “The price will creep.”
One fixed price, in writing, before any work.
  3. “I'll be locked in.”
Stop any month and keep everything.

Your week, as it runs today.

Five moments from a typical week.

  1. 01

Sunday's enquiries are read on Tuesday, and two families have already visited other schools.

  2. 02

Counsellors call some leads twice and others never.

  3. 03

Fee reminders go out by hand, one parent at a time.

  4. 04

Teachers spend their evenings making worksheets, marking and writing reports.

  5. 05

The batch dates on the website are wrong again, and only the developer can change them.

What it costs.

A study, 2011

A parent fills the form on Sunday, and we call on Tuesday.

And the rest of the week

  1. A study, 2020

Our teachers spend their evenings on paperwork instead of teaching.

Teachers work about 50 hours a week. McKinsey estimated that technology could take over 20 to 40% of their tasks, such as grading, lesson planning and admin, or about 13 hours a week (January 2020, reported by Education Week).

  2. No number yet

Students sign up and drift away halfway through the course.

No figure we can stand behind yet, so we print none.

  3. A study, 2016

Our website is slow, and the enquiry form breaks on phones.

53% of visits to mobile sites are abandoned if a page takes longer than three seconds to load (Google, The Need for Mobile Speed, September 2016).

  4. Our own sum

Parents call the office about fees, buses and timings all day.

Two office staff answering parents' same questions all day cost about Rs 6 lakh a year in salary.

  5. A study, 2025

Staff paste student records into free AI tools.

77% of staff who use AI tools paste data into them, and 82% of those pastes come from personal accounts the company can't see (LayerX, October 2025). In India the average data breach cost Rs 22 crore in 2025, and unapproved AI use added about Rs 1.8 crore to it (IBM Cost of a Data Breach, India, 2025).

What we would build

Ten systems for education and training, under the six offers.

We plan the whole company, then build the first three. The usual first build here is marked, and the window beside the cards shows the one you are reading.

Admissions desk, the usual first build here. Shown with sample data.

Win customersLeads wait until Monday. The buyer doesn't.

  1. The usual first buildConversations

    Admissions desk

Answers every enquiry from your site, ads and WhatsApp within minutes with the right course, fees and dates, books the visit or counselling call, and follows up until the family decides.

  2. Voice

    Counsellor callback

Calls every new enquiry back within a minute in the family's language, from Hindi and Tamil to Arabic, answers the basics and books a counsellor.

  3. Voice

    Lessons in every language

Your best teachers' recorded lessons dubbed into the languages your students speak, from Hindi and Tamil to Arabic, in the teacher's own voice and with their consent.

  4. Intelligence

    Drop out early warning

Spots students slipping on attendance, scores or fees weeks early, so a teacher can call before they leave.

  5. Brand

    A course site you edit

Fast pages for every course, batch and fee, built so your team changes a date without calling a developer.

Get the work doneEverything comes to you. Most of it shouldn't.

  1. Agents

    Marking assistant

Marks objective tests, suggests marks and comments on written answers against your rubric and drafts report card remarks. The teacher decides every mark.

Get paidYou did the work. The money shouldn't take 90 days.

  1. Operations

    Fee desk

Sends fee reminders, takes payment by link, matches it to the student and lists who is behind for your accounts team.

Know your companyOnly one person knows how pricing works.

  1. Knowledge

    Worksheet and test builder

Turns your syllabus and past papers into worksheets, quizzes and question banks at three levels, for teachers to edit.

Stay in controlYour staff already use AI. Your files go with them.

  1. Trust

    Student data safety

Parental consent, access rules and an audit trail for every student record, in line with India's data protection law.

Build something newBring us your idea. We'll bring it to life.

  1. Apps

    A tutor for every student

A practice tutor in your app that explains, quizzes and adapts in the student's language, using only your own material.

A sample chat on a phone: a weekend enquiry answered at once, inside the firm's rules, and a viewing booked. Shown with sample data.

The same week, with them running.

The five moments from the top of this page, once the first systems do their part. Flip back to see how it runs today.

An example week. It shows how the work changes, never a measured result from a client.

  1. 01

Every enquiry got an answer within minutes and a slot for a visit or a call.

  2. 02

One list shows every lead, who called, what they asked and when to follow up.

  3. 03

Fee reminders went out in each parent's language, and payments matched themselves to students.

  4. 04

Worksheets, quizzes and report remarks were drafted for teachers to edit.

  5. 05

The admissions team changed the dates on the site themselves.

Signs it is time.

  • Enquiries peak in admissions season and wait days for a reply.
  • Counsellors track leads in their own spreadsheets.
  • Fees are chased by phone, one family at a time.
  • Teachers make worksheets and reports by hand every night.
  • They're adding a campus, a batch or an online course.

Who decides.

The founder, director or principal; the chief executive of a training company; in a college, the head of admissions or the registrar.

Why this time is different.

AI that was bought and changed nothing.

A tool was bought and nobody owned the job. We take the whole job, test it on your past work, and stay to run it.

What school owners ask first.

We have children's data. Is this safe?

Children's data gets extra care: we write down what the agent may read, where it runs and how long anything is kept before it is built, and nothing about a child leaves your systems without a person's yes.

Does the website include payments or a learning system?

Not unless we agree it. A course site with forms and editable dates is one fixed price. Payments, student accounts and a learning system are each priced on their own, before we start.

Can it make admissions decisions?

No. It drafts, logs and chases. Who is admitted, what is waived and what a family is told about their child stay with your people.

Who says yes before anything goes out?

The person who owns that job at your company today. You name them when we write the rules with you. Inside those rules the agent acts at once. Anything outside them waits for one tap from the person named, on their phone, ready to approve or to change.

Do we have to change the software we use?

No. We build around the systems you already run, in accounts in your company's name, and we confirm each one before we start.

What does it cost?

There is no price on this page, because it depends on the work. After the session you get a written proposal with the scope, the test it has to pass, who works on it and one fixed price, before any work.

Where we would start for education and training: Win customers

Leads wait until Monday. The buyer doesn't.

Every enquiry gets an answer and a price while the buyer still wants one, on the channel they wrote in.

What changes. Enquiries get an answer and a price while the buyer still wants one, and you hear a customer is leaving while you can still act.

What we measure, before and after. Time to a first reply and to a priced quote, quotes that got an answer and customers who came back.

The old way keeps running until the new one has passed on your own work.

What costs your school or institute most? Bring us that.

45 minutes on a video call with our founder and the people who live with the problem. Nothing to sign. You leave knowing what we would build first, and why.
