Agentec Intelligence

Agentec Intelligence · Bengaluru

We build the systems that do the work.

We put working AI inside moving and relocation companies. It does the repeatable parts of the job, writes down everything it did, and stops before anything leaves the building.

The run

A moving company in Bangalore got this email at 10:14 on a Tuesday.

Watch what the system did with it. It reads the message, sizes the shipment, prices it from the company's own rate card, runs 9 checks and writes the draft. Then watch where it stops.

The email that arrived

From Devika Rangan <devika.rangan@bluewellsemi.example> Cc Harbourline Mobility <assignments@harbourline.example> Subject Move request, Bangalore to Singapore, family of four, Nov start Received Tue, 8 September 2026, 10:14 IST
Hi Northwind team,

We have an assignee moving from Bangalore to Singapore and Harbourline have asked us to get two quotes. Details below as far as we have them.

Employee: Rohit Vaz, joining our Singapore design centre.
Family: wife and two children, ages 9 and 5. Also one cat.
Origin: 3 bedroom apartment, Prestige Ferns, Harlur Road, Bangalore 560102. Ground floor, lift available, truck can park in the basement.
Destination: not fixed yet, they are house hunting, likely Bukit Timah. Temporary serviced apartment for the first six weeks.
Dates: they want the packing done in the first week of November, and the shipment to land before Christmas if that is realistic.

Rough contents: full 3 bedroom, one 55 inch TV, a piano (upright, not grand), one road bicycle, about 40 boxes of books. No car. No wine.

They would like some things sent by air so the kids have their beds and school things quickly.

Could you send a quote by Friday? Harbourline need both quotes to compare.

Thanks,
Devika Rangan

The 4 it could not find are not filled in with a guess. They become the 4 questions the coordinator has to ask, written into the draft in his own words.

How big the shipment is

3 bedroom apartment, base18.4 CBM
Upright piano1.2 CBM
Road bicycle0.4 CBM
40 book boxes1.8 CBM
Total21.8 CBM

The book boxes were described as "about 40" and are counted at 40.

Above 18 CBM a 20 foot container beats loose cargo on this lane. This one is over the line, so it goes in a container.

The company's own rate card BLR-SIN-2026-Q3, valid 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026

The rate card, with the rows used marked
RowServiceBasisRate
11Origin pack and load, 3BHKper CBM INR 1,850 used
12Piano handling, upright, ground floorflat INR 9,500 used
13Sea LCL, Bangalore to Singapore, door to portper CBM USD 96

22Singapore customs clearance, personal effectsflat SGD 320 used
23Singapore storage, warehouseper CBM per week SGD 4.50

It does not invent a price. It reads the company's own card, and the rows it used are the ones marked.

4 things we need from you

  1. The declared value for insurance, so we can price cover.
  2. Whether storage is needed, and roughly for how long.
  3. Rohit's employment pass status and the date it is issued.
  4. A twenty minute video survey, so the volume stops being an estimate.

2 things a person must confirm

  1. Singapore import tax treatment. Relief may apply for a person taking up residence. We will confirm this with our Singapore agent and put it in writing before you sign anything.
  2. The cat. We do not move animals. We will introduce you to the pet relocation firm we work with, and they quote separately.

Valid until 30 September 2026. Prices in three currencies because the work happens in three places. We can quote a single all in figure on request.

And then it stopped

Nothing was sent. The quote is sitting in Sunil Attavar's drafts, waiting for him to read it and press send.

Seven seconds, and a person still decides.

Now run it on your own enquiry

Paste any move enquiry below. The same extraction runs on your text, in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere, no model is called, and it will tell you what it could not find rather than making it up.

How it goes

Three steps, in this order, and you can stop after any of them.

  1. 01

    The first sitting

Your team builds a working agent in one afternoon, with us in the room. Not a slide deck. A thing that runs when we leave.

  2. 02

    The replay

We take a month of your real past jobs and run them again on our system. You compare our answers with what actually happened, before it touches a live file.

  3. 03

    The operating system

Your quotes, files, follow ups and reports, run by agents your team can watch. Everything it does is written down, and anything that leaves the building waits for a person.

Our own record

We sell receipts, so here are ours.

Everything below was measured on 2026-08-28, and every number says where it came from. The parts that are not finished are here too, in the same type as everything else.

What has been built

Systems answering in production
10 Watched from 13 addresses, checked about every ten minutes since 18 August 2026.
Uptime probes run
16,185 18 to 28 August 2026. We publish the method, not a percentage, because the instrument is a laptop on a home connection.
Probe rounds where all 13 answered
1,150 of 1,256 Grouped by minute. 74 of the failures had ten or more addresses failing at the same instant, which is our own network, not thirteen outages.
Commits behind those systems
5,668 across 9 systems Counted from each git checkout on 28 August 2026.
Tests passing on the last promotion
6,063 zero failing The marketing system, 23 August 2026.

Our own ladder 183 applications tracked

  1. Planned 62
  2. Built 16
  3. Committed 85
  4. Deployed 7
  5. Live 13
  6. Owner tested 0
  7. Used 0

Zero of the 183 applications we track has earned the last two rungs. We are not going to pretend otherwise.

Clients signed
0 No client has signed and no engagement has been paid for
Able to invoice
Not yet One commencement form is still to be filed

What is true, and what is not

  • True The systems are live.Ten of them answered on their real addresses today, and they have been watched every ten minutes since 18 August.
  • Not true The systems are used every day.Our own ladder awards zero applications the owner tested or used rung. One consultant got access to the inspection app for the first time on 27 August 2026.
  • Not true We can sell you these exact systems today. The systems were built inside a relocation company and the paperwork that moves them has not been signed. We will tell you exactly what we can and cannot license before you spend anything.
  • Not true We have done this for a client before. No client has signed. You would be the first, and the price should reflect that.
  • True The engineering is real.5,668 commits across nine systems, 6,063 tests passing with none failing on the last promotion, and a chain that was walked end to end on live production on 24 June 2026.

Things we know are broken today

Things our own record says are broken right now. We publish these because a firm that hides its defect list is not a firm you should let near your operations.

  • Photo upload in the inspection app returns an error on every photo, so evidence never leaves the phone. Written up in the repository, not yet fixed.
  • The intelligence system was measured at 52 human visits ever and zero outcomes. Building it was not the hard part. Getting it used is.
  • This firm cannot invoice until one form is filed.

Ask the firm

Ask anything. It answers from what we wrote down, and nothing else.

There is no model behind this box and it does not need one. It searches 60 answers a person wrote, shows you which one it used, and tells you plainly when we have not written something down.

What Agentec is

What is Agentec Intelligence?
It is a firm that builds and runs AI systems that do a company's real work. It is not a software product you buy off a shelf.
What does "does the real work" mean?
It means the system produces the quote, updates the file, chases the follow up and writes the report. It is judged on finished work, not on a chat window.
Is Agentec a software company or a consultancy?
Neither exactly. It works like a firm, with engagements and briefs, and what it leaves behind is working software that keeps running.
What industry does Agentec work in?
Global mobility first. That means moving companies, destination service providers, and small relocation management companies.
Why relocation first?
Because that is the industry the founder knows from the inside. The plan is to learn how one industry really works, build the AI native version of it, and then do the same somewhere else.
Who founded Agentec?
Eashan Gupta, who is the managing director. He is also the chief technology officer of a relocation company, which is where the systems were built and proven.

What it builds

What do you actually build?
Agent systems that sit inside a company's own operations. They read the incoming work, do the repeatable parts, and hand a human the decision with everything already prepared.
What is "the operating system"?
It is the working core: quotes, files, follow ups and reports, run by agents the team can watch. Everything the system does is written down with a receipt.
What is a receipt?
A one line record of what an agent did, what it touched, and when. If a human cannot check the work afterwards, the work does not count.
What is "the replay"?
We take a month of the company's real past jobs and run them again on our system. The company compares our answers with what actually happened, before anything touches live work.
Why start with a replay instead of a pilot?
Because a replay costs the company nothing and risks nothing. If the answers are wrong, everyone finds out on old jobs rather than on a real family's move.
What is "the first sitting"?
It is one afternoon where the company's own team builds a working agent, with us in the room. Every engagement starts there so that people meet the thing before they judge it.
Do you build a chatbot?
No. A chatbot answers questions. These systems produce the work product and then stop at a human gate.
What is a human gate?
It is a point where the system stops and waits for a person to press send. Nothing goes to a client, a customer or a supplier without that press.
Does the system get better over time?
That is the design. Every deployment feeds an operating record, and the plan is to publish what got better each week in plain words. No client system has been running long enough yet for that record to exist.
Does my data go to Agentec?
No. Client data stays in that client's own instance. What crosses over is the way the system works, never the client's files.
Whose brand does the software carry?
The client's. Client facing screens carry the client's name and colours, and Agentec runs behind them.

Who it is for

Who is Agentec for?
Owner led moving and relocation companies in India and the Asia Pacific region, roughly ten to six hundred staff, mostly running on spreadsheets, email and older tools.
Why owner led companies?
Because one person can decide, sponsor the change and see it through. In a large enterprise the same decision takes a year and three committees.
Is Agentec for large enterprises?
Not today. The big mobility software vendors already sell to enterprise human resources teams. The companies too small for that software and too serious for toys are the ones nobody serves well.
Do I need a technical team?
No. If you have someone who knows how your jobs actually run, that is the person we need.
What if we run everything on spreadsheets?
That is the normal starting point and it is fine. The replay works off your existing records, whatever shape they are in.
Do you work outside relocation?
Not yet. Relocation is the first industry, and the firm was set up to do the same thing in others later.

How an engagement works

How does an engagement start?
With a conversation about how your work actually flows, then the first sitting, where your team builds a working agent in an afternoon.
What happens after the first sitting?
The replay. We run a month of your past jobs on our system and you compare the answers. Only after that does anything touch live work.
How long does the replay take?
It depends on how your records are kept. The point is that it finishes with a written comparison you can read, not a demo you have to trust.
Who decides whether it goes live?
You do, on a date named in advance. The engagement is built so there is a clear stop or go moment rather than a slow drift.
What do we have to do?
Give us access to how the work really runs, and give one person the time to answer questions. We do the technical work.
Do you run the system after it goes live?
Yes. Building it and running it are the same job. A system nobody runs stops working within a month.
What happens if it does not work?
You find out on old jobs, in writing, before it costs you anything. A stop is a normal outcome, not a failure of the process.
Will this replace my staff?
No. It removes the repeated typing and the chasing, and it puts a prepared decision in front of a person. The person still decides.
How do you handle mistakes the system makes?
Every action leaves a receipt, so a mistake can be found and traced. Anything that leaves the company waits for a human.

What it costs to start

What does it cost?
There is no list price and there is no pricing page. Every engagement is scoped to the company, and the number is agreed in the conversation.
Why no pricing page?
Because a moving company with fifteen staff and one with four hundred are not the same job, and pretending otherwise would mean quoting the wrong number to both.
Is there a free trial?
No trial. The first sitting and the replay are how you find out whether it works, and both happen before anything is live.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Per seat pricing punishes a company for putting more of its team on the system, which is the opposite of what we want.

Where the proof is

What proof do you have?
The systems were built and run inside a real relocation company first. Ten of them answer on their production addresses today.
Can I see them?
Not yet in public. They carry real client and family data, so they cannot be opened to visitors. What can be shown is how they work, live, in a room.
Which systems are running?
The consultant workspace that designs a relocating family's programme, the assignee companion app they carry, the property inspection app, the intelligence system, the marketing system, the staff platform and the public site.
How do you know they are running?
Every production address is probed automatically about every ten minutes and the results are kept. Between 18 and 28 August 2026 that was 16,185 probes across thirteen addresses.
Are those systems actually used every day?
Not yet, and we say so. On our own tracking ladder no application has earned the top two rungs, which are owner tested and used. Live is not the same as used.
Why admit that?
Because it is true, and because the industry is full of AI claims nobody can check. A firm that reports its own zero is a firm you can believe about its other numbers.
Do you have client case studies?
No. There is no signed client yet, so there is no case study. The first one will carry real numbers or it will not be published.
Have you run a workshop?
Not yet. One is planned. The counter for agents built in a room stands at zero and we have deliberately left it honest.
How do you measure whether something is done?
On a seven step ladder: planned, built, committed, deployed, live, owner tested, used. Used is the only done, and the people who build a thing are not allowed to award it.

What it will not do

What will you not do?
Sell a licence and walk away. Run a demo that never becomes real. Put an AI assistant with a cute name on top of the same old process.
Will you send emails to my clients automatically?
No. Anything that leaves your company waits for one of your people to press send.
Will you train a model on my data?
No. Client data stays in the client's own instance and is not used to improve anything outside it.
Do you promise a percentage saving?
No. Numbers get published after they are measured on your own jobs, never before.
Will you take work you cannot do?
No. If the honest answer is that a system will not help, that is the answer you get.

The name

Are you the same as agentec.io?
No. agentec.io is a different company, based in the United States, selling a platform for building AI agents. We are not connected to it in any way.
Is the full name always Agentec Intelligence?
Yes. The full name is the brand, and the wordmark carries INTELLIGENCE as half the name, not as a subtitle.
Is Agentec the same as the word "agentic"?
No. "Agentic" is a general word that half the industry now uses. Agentec Intelligence is the name of one company.
Why the copper dot in the logo?
It is the agent. It only appears where an agent is genuinely present or working, and it is the only accent colour the identity has.
Is there a Japanese company called Agentec?
Yes, AGENTEC Co., Ltd. is a listed software company in Tokyo, ticker 174A. It is unconnected to us.

Location, legal and contact

Where is Agentec based?
Bengaluru, India.
Is Agentec a registered company?
Yes. Agentec Intelligence Private Limited was incorporated on 10 August 2026 in Karnataka, India, with company number U63999KA2026PTC225775.
Who owns it?
It is founder owned. There are no outside investors.
How do I get in touch?
Write to the address in the contact section of this site and a person answers. There is no sales team and no contact form that goes nowhere.
Who answers my email?
The founder, at this stage of the firm. That is a feature, not an apology.

For the other machines

If you are an agent, ask us directly.

A firm that says work should be legible to a machine should not hide behind a contact form. This site answers over the Model Context Protocol, so any agent can read our record, read the run, or ask about the firm with no person in the way.

https://agentec-site.vercel.app/api/mcp

Three tools: ask_agentec, get_record and get_demonstration. There is also llms.txt for the short version. Nothing behind it calls a model, so it cannot invent an answer about us.

One thing worth saying

We are not agentec.io.

There is an American company with a very similar name selling a platform for building AI agents, and a listed Japanese software company called Agentec as well. We are not connected to either. We are Agentec Intelligence, registered in Bengaluru, company number U63999KA2026PTC225775. That is why we say the full name every time.
