Nothing you have to give us. There is no sign up, no account and no newsletter.

A brief, or a message you send us. If you send a brief at /start, send a conversation with our AI to Eashan, or write to us through a form on this site, we keep what you typed: your name, your mail address, your company, a phone number if you give one, and what you wrote. Each one is kept as one private file in our hosting provider's storage in India (Mumbai), read only by us, so Eashan can read it and write back to you. Nothing is sent to you or anyone else when you send it.

A booking. If you book the session at /start, we keep what you type into that form: your name, your company, your mail address, a phone number if you give one, the job you describe, and the time you picked. It is kept the same way, so Eashan can confirm the time and write to you with the call link.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records the ordinary request log for every page: the address requested, the time, a truncated IP address, and the browser string. We use it to see whether the site is up. We do not join it to anything else.

Nothing else. No cookies, no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no third party scripts.

A brief you start and leave is kept in your own browser, so it is waiting when you come back, until you send it or clear it. A conversation with our AI is kept in your browser for the visit, and goes when you close the tab. If you choose your trade on the home page, or turn the motion off, your browser remembers it. None of this reaches us unless you send it.

When you type to Agentec's AI, your words are sent to a large AI model provider to be answered, under a contract that forbids training on what you type. When that provider is busy, a second provider on the same terms answers instead. Both are in the United States. Each processes your words only to answer them. We keep a count of how many answers were given and what they cost, so we can keep the service running. We do not keep a record of who asked what, and we do not join your conversation to your address unless you send it to Eashan.

While our AI is resting, the answers on this site are ones we have written, and no model reads what you type. The page says so above the answer.

The providers are named in our data processing agreement, which we send on request to hello@agentec.cloud. Systems we build for a client run where that client chooses, on its own machine if it wants.

Do not paste passports, bank details or anything you would not say to a stranger on the phone. If you want a person, write to us instead.

If our AI builds you a document in the conversation, it is drawn in your browser and is yours. It is not stored on our side.

If you send us one example of a job, it comes only after you have signed a one page note that says what we do with it. It stays on our own machine, it never reaches anyone else, and we delete it within seven days and confirm that in writing.

If you email hello@agentec.cloud we keep your message and our reply so we can carry on the conversation, the way any company keeps its mail. We do not add you to a list and we do not pass your address to anyone.

We run two small applications that publish Agentec's own posts to our own LinkedIn page and our own Instagram account. They are for us, not for the public. They use the access token the platform issues when we connect our own account, and only the permissions needed to publish a post and read the counts on our own posts. They never read your profile, your connections, your messages or anyone else's data. The token is stored on our own machine and can be disconnected at any time, by us or by the platform.

The site is served from our hosting provider's network. Its request logs are kept for about a month and then dropped. A brief, a message or a booking sits in our private storage with that provider, in India (Mumbai), until the conversation is over or you ask us to delete it. Mail sits in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is useful. Social tokens live on our own machine until we disconnect them.

Write to hello@agentec.cloud and ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also take back your consent for anything you sent us, and from then on we stop using it. You can name someone to act for you if you cannot. A person reads that address and answers. There is no form.

A complaint. Write to the same address with the word Grievance in the subject. Eashan Gupta, our founder, reads it and answers. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can take it to the Data Protection Board of India.

This site is for people running companies. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything about them.

If this policy changes we change the date at the top. There is no version we hide.
