Moving people and goods

Distributors and wholesalers.

Where it usually hurts first

Retailers order through the salesman, on WhatsApp and by phone, and the godown packs from three lists.

Where we would start: Order desk on WhatsApp. Reads orders from salesmen, retailers and WhatsApp, as texts, photos of order books and voice notes, matches each line to your product list and puts it into billing for a person to confirm.

Orders from salesmen, WhatsApp and calls land in billing the same evening, matched to your product list, for a person to confirm.

An example, never a client's result

Safe to say yes, in writing.

  1. “I'll pay and nothing will work.”
It has to pass on your old work before it touches today's.
  2. “The price will creep.”
One fixed price, in writing, before any work.
  3. “I'll be locked in.”
Stop any month and keep everything.

Your week, as it runs today.

Distributors and wholesalers of FMCG, electricals, building materials and auto parts buy from brands and sell to thousands of small shops on credit, earning a thin trade margin on volume; in the Gulf the same work runs through general trading houses. General trade, the shops that distributors supply, still brings in about 70% of sales at Hindustan Unilever, ITC and Nestle India and 85% at Colgate (HDFC Securities research, September 2026). The work is orders from salesmen, retailers and WhatsApp, schemes, credit, godown picking, delivery runs, returns and collections, mostly on calls, paper and spreadsheets.

  1. 01

Salesmen send the day's orders at 8 pm as WhatsApp photos of their diaries, and someone types them in till midnight.

  2. 02

The godown packs from three lists, and two shops get each other's cartons.

  3. 03

Outstanding from 120 retailers crosses 45 days, and the salesman says they'll pay next week.

  4. 04

A brand changes its scheme on the 10th, and billing applies the old one until the 20th.

  5. 05

A fast moving line runs out on Thursday while three months of a slow one fills the godown.

What it costs.

Our own sum

Retailers order through the salesman, on WhatsApp and by phone, and the godown packs from three lists.

And the rest of the week

  1. Our own sum

Retailers stretch credit, and the outstanding grows every month.

Rs 1 crore owed by retailers for an extra 30 days, funded at 12%, costs about Rs 1 lakh a month.

  2. Our own sum

The brand's scheme changes mid-month, and billing still applies the old one.

Scheme claims of Rs 2 lakh a month that never get filed with the brand are Rs 24 lakh a year.

  3. Our own sum

We run out of the fast lines and sit on three months of the slow ones.

Rs 40 lakh of slow lines held for an extra 90 days at 12% interest costs about Rs 1.2 lakh, every quarter.

  4. Our own sum

A delivery comes back short, and the proof is a blurry photo on the driver's phone.

Two disputed deliveries a week at Rs 15,000 each is about Rs 15 lakh a year written off or argued over.

  5. Our own sum

When a salesman leaves, his retailers start buying from the next distributor.

A salesman who leaves with 40 retailers buying Rs 25,000 a month each takes Rs 1.2 crore a year of sales with him.

What we would build

Ten systems for distribution and wholesale, under the six offers.

We plan the whole company, then build the first three. The usual first build here is marked, and the window beside the cards shows the one you are reading.

Order desk on WhatsApp, the usual first build here. Shown with sample data.

Get the work doneEverything comes to you. Most of it shouldn't.

  1. The usual first buildConversations

    Order desk on WhatsApp

Reads orders from salesmen, retailers and WhatsApp, as texts, photos of order books and voice notes, matches each line to your product list and puts it into billing for a person to confirm.

  2. Apps

    Salesman order app

Salesmen take orders, see each shop's history, stock and dues, and record visits on the phone, even with a weak signal, and every shop's history stays with the company.

  3. Documents

    Scheme and claim checker

Reads every brand's scheme circular, applies it on each bill from the day it starts, and files the claim back to the brand with the proof.

  4. Intelligence

    Route-wise reorder plan

Forecasts what each route sells, flags slow lines early and drafts the order to each brand for the owner's yes.

  5. Operations

    Delivery and proof app

Plans the day's delivery runs, records each drop with a photo and the shop's sign-off, and collects cash and cheques against the bill.

  6. Operations

    Godown picking list

One picking list per route from the confirmed orders, checked at loading, so the right cartons reach the right shop.

Win customersLeads wait until Monday. The buyer doesn't.

  1. Apps

    Retailer ordering app

Shops see stock, schemes and their ledger, and reorder at any hour without waiting for the salesman.

Get paidYou did the work. The money shouldn't take 90 days.

  1. Agents

    Outstanding follow-up

Sends each retailer a ledger statement and a polite reminder with a payment link, makes the reminder call in their language, and gives the salesman the list of who promised to pay.

  2. Intelligence

    Credit limit watch

Suggests a credit limit for every retailer from how they pay and order, and warns before a slow payer gets another load.

  1. Intelligence

    Brand and route view

Sales, margin, outstanding and stock by brand, route and salesman, on the owner's phone every morning.

The same week, with them running.

An example week. It shows how the work changes, never a measured result from a client.

  4. 04

Schemes are read from each brand's circular and applied on every bill from the day they start.

  5. 05

Reorders are drafted from what each route really sells, for the owner's yes.

Signs it is time.

  • Orders arrive by WhatsApp, phone and salesmen's diaries and are typed in by hand.
  • Outstanding beyond 45 days keeps growing.
  • Scheme claims with the brands are always behind.
  • They're adding a brand, a route or a godown.
  • A salesman left last year and took retailers with him.

Who decides.

The owner or partners of the distribution firm, often a family business, with the person who runs billing and accounts; in the Gulf, the general manager of the trading house.

Why this time is different.

AI that was bought and changed nothing.

A tool was bought and nobody owned the job. We take the whole job, test it on your past work, and stay to run it.

What distributors ask first.

Who says yes before anything goes out?

The person who owns that job at your company today. You name them when we write the rules with you. Inside those rules the agent acts at once. Anything outside them waits for one tap from the person named, on their phone, ready to approve or to change.

Do we have to change the software we use?

No. We build around the systems you already run, in accounts in your company's name, and we confirm each one before we start.

What does it cost?

There is no price on this page, because it depends on the work. After the session you get a written proposal with the scope, the test it has to pass, who works on it and one fixed price, before any work.

Where we would start for distribution and wholesale: Get the work done

Everything comes to you. Most of it shouldn't.

Routine decisions follow your rules. What still needs you arrives on your phone as one tap, with the facts attached.

What changes. Nothing is typed twice, nobody asks where a job is, and routine decisions follow your rules.

What we measure, before and after. Orders typed by hand in a day, decisions reaching the owner in a week and hours spent chasing.

The old way keeps running until the new one has passed on your own work.

What costs your distribution business most? Bring us that.
