You did the work. The money shouldn't take 90 days.

The invoice goes out the day the job is done, and it is followed up politely until it is paid or your person takes over.

A sample bank reconciliation: payments matched to invoices, the exceptions left for a person.

What we build.

Raises the invoice the day the work is done, follows up politely until it is paid or passed to your person, checks every supplier bill before money leaves and matches the books every night.

What we measure, before and after

Your scorecard
  1. Days from work done to invoice
  2. Days from invoice to money in
  3. Supplier bills paid without a check

Counted on your own work before we build, and again once it passes. We never print a saving we have not measured.

Who it is for
  • Owners waiting on money
  • Finance and procurement heads
What changes

The bill goes the day the proof arrives, the follow up happens without you, and no supplier bill is paid unchecked.

Said plainly

“This is where we have built least, and where India's number is largest.”

Raising the invoice the day the work is done we have built before. Matching invoices to payments would be our first of its kind, and your first three says so in writing.

3 of the 24 problems in our report

The three problems it answers, and what they cost.

Each one is a page of our report, with its figure, its source and its year, and under it the window shows what we build for it at work.

  • A study we read A published figure we read ourselves.
  • Our own sum Arithmetic for an ordinary company, shown in full.
  • No number yet Nothing we would print yet.

A study, 2024

Paid 90 days after the work.

Invoices go out late or wrong, nobody chases until the bank balance forces it, and your cash ends up funding your customers.

What fixes it

Invoices raised the day the job is done, reminders in the buyer's language that cite the 45 day MSME payment rule, a UPI link on every reminder, and the MSME Samadhaan papers drafted when a buyer passes 45 days.

What it costs, and every source
A sample week of payments due: each one followed up until it is paid, and one dispute brought to a person.

A study, 2020

Nobody checks supplier bills.

The same part is bought at three prices from three vendors, and the bill gets paid without anyone matching it to the order.

What fixes it

Every bill read and matched to its order and receipt, every price compared across suppliers, and anything that doesn't match held for a person before money leaves.

What it costs, and every source
A sample supplier invoice: read, matched to the order, with one line flagged for a person.

Real profit, seen months late.

The books are done for the tax return, so the owner steers by the bank balance and finds the loss months later.

What fixes it

Your books kept current every day in Tally or your ERP: the bank reconciled, bills matched and a plain-word profit and cash view on your phone every month, not only when the CA closes the year.

What it costs, and every source
A sample sales dashboard: the week with a forecast, and a dip explained in words.

The terms, in writing.

The old way keeps running until the new one has passed on your own work.

  1. “I'll pay and nothing will work.”
It has to pass on your old work before it touches today's.
  2. “The price will creep.”
One fixed price, in writing, before any work.
  3. “I'll be locked in.”
Stop any month and keep everything.
  4. “I'll lose control.”
Inside your rules it goes at once. Outside them it waits for one tap.
  5. “The AI will get something wrong.”
It stops and tells your named person at once. We fix it at our cost.
  6. “My data will leave.”
Private AI on your own machine by default for personal data.

You leave knowing what we would build first, and why.
