Agentec · The company

Every company will be rebuilt on AI. Agentec rebuilds them.

The old way keeps running until the new one has passed on your own work.

What we do, in 49 seconds.

What three everyday problems cost, the six things we rebuild, and the test every system passes before it goes live.

About Agentec

We rebuild your company on AI, and prove it on your own work first.

Agentec is the AI company for every company. We plan the whole company. Then we build the first three. The old way keeps running until the new one has passed on your own work.

  • What we can build, mapped in the layers a company runs on.

    Everything AI can do
  • Every one named, in the layer of the company it belongs to.

    Pick a layer
  • What we would build first, for each kind of company and team.

    Find yours
  • We rebuild all six, from winning customers to building something new.

    See what we build

“MNCs can afford millions of dollars in AI development. Most companies can't. That's why Agentec exists.”

Eashan Gupta Founder, in his own words, 4 August 2026

The AI the largest companies pay millions for, planned, built and run for growing companies.

IKAN-OS, built by our founder inside IKAN, won the FEM APAC EMMA for Most Innovative Use of Technology in Global Mobility, Bespoke Solutions, on 3 September 2026

Built inside a working company first.

Eashan Gupta is chief technology officer of IKAN, a relocation company with offices across India. He built IKAN-OS there to take on its quoting, enquiries, itineraries, tracking and reporting. The award in the photograph belongs to IKAN.

Owners he met kept asking for the same in their own business, in every kind of industry. So in August 2026 he started Agentec, to build it with them: whatever the problem takes, AI, software or both, built properly and kept running.

Agentec is its own company. Nothing you give us reaches IKAN or any of our clients.

“I lead technology at a relocation company that moves families between countries, and I built a lot of the AI that runs it. Agentec exists so every company gets that, not only the ones that can hire a room of engineers.”

The rooms.

Where leaders ask what AI can do for their firms, and where we answer with work they can touch.

What we hold ourselves to.

  1. We answer for what we build

If our AI gets something wrong, the mistake is ours, never your person's. It stops and tells your named person at once, and we fix it at our cost.

  2. We use what we sell

We run our own company on AI agents. They draft our mail, keep our calendar and built this website, and a person checks what goes out.

  3. The price is in writing

One fixed price, in writing, before any work. You see the number first, for your work, never an average.

  4. Your files stay yours

Every account and every line of code is in your company's name from day one. Your data trains only your own model, with your written yes, and never anyone else's.

  5. AI says it is AI

Anything our AI writes to a person outside your company says it is AI at the start of every conversation. Agentec's AI on this site says what it is, every time.

  6. Simple when simple works

Some problems need an AI agent. Some need a spreadsheet fixed. We tell you which, even when the answer earns us less.

Agencies, IT firms and associations.

If you already have the client, we can be the team that builds the AI, the software or the website, under your relationship. We start with one paid project together, with who does what written down, before anything larger.

Associations and event organisers: we build event apps, and we run workshops where every person describes an agent for a job in their own firm, written well enough to build.

It goes straight to Eashan.
