How we work

Every step ends with something that's yours.

Strategy, engineering and running from one team, and nothing starts without your yes.

Eashan reads every brief himself. Eashan Gupta, founder. He signs every agreement.

From the first call to a system that runs.

  1. The session

45 minutes with Eashan, on the business first. You leave knowing what we would build first, and why.

You holdWhat we would build first, and why, on one page
    The way outNothing signed
  2. The proposal

The plan and the price on one page with its own address.

You holdThe scope, the test, who works on it and one fixed price
The way outSay no. The page is yours.
The moneyNothing owed before your yes
  3. The plan

We sit with the people who do the work, find every job and write each as four answers with your own number on it.

You holdThe plan of your whole company: every job, its number and the systems in order. Yours whether or not we build.
The way outStop here and take the plan to any builder
The moneyIts price is fixed in writing before we start
  4. The build

The first three, in your accounts and on your rules, tested on twenty of your past jobs, then live beside your team with every piece waiting for a yes.

You holdWorking systems in your company's name, a job card for each AI agent and a runbook
The way outStop at the end of any month and keep what was built
The moneyOne fixed price for each system, in writing before any work
  5. The run

We watch it, fix it and improve it every month, and the run shows where the next system should go.

You holdA note every Friday: what it did, what it cost, what needed a person and what changed
The way outStop at the end of any month and keep everything, as plain files
The moneyA monthly fee, from the month after it goes live

Beside the pathThe embedded team. An engineer inside your company, with our AI agents behind them, on a plan both sides own. By arrangement until it is staffed.

An ideaThe same shape, in four steps: shape it, prototype it, build and launch it, run it, with a yes before each and the code in the founder's name from day one. How an idea comes to life

How the money works.

One fixed price, in writing, before each piece of work starts. Running it is a monthly fee you can stop at the end of any month.

We print no prices, because yours depends on your work.

What a problem costs you today is your own sum. Work it out, with the working shown

  1. The session

    Nothing signed

  2. The proposal

    Nothing owed before your yes

The scope, the test, who works on it and the price, on one page.

  3. The plan

Its price is fixed in writing before we start

  4. The build

One fixed price for each system, in writing before any work

Each system has its own price, and each is its own yes.

  5. The run

A monthly fee, from the month after it goes live

Stop at the end of any month and keep everything.

Nothing signed yetOne fixed price, in writing, before the workMonthly, and you can stop

It has to pass on your old work before it touches today's.

We test every system on jobs your team has already done. It goes live when your people approve its work, and not a day before.

  1. 20 of your past jobs

18 approved by your people without changes

  2. 5 working days in a row

of approved live work, beside your team

  3. Your sponsor's written yes

Then it goes live. Until then the old way keeps running.

These are the numbers your procurement team can copy into an order as the acceptance test.

What you can hold us to.

Six terms, in the agreement you sign, for every system we build and run.

The terms
  1. “I'll pay and nothing will work.”
It has to pass on your old work before it touches today's.
  2. “The price will creep.”
One fixed price, in writing, before any work.
  3. “I'll be locked in.”
Stop any month and keep everything.
  4. “I'll lose control.”
Inside your rules it goes at once. Outside them it waits for one tap.
  5. “The AI will get something wrong.”
It stops and tells your named person at once. We fix it at our cost.
  6. “My data will leave.”
Private AI on your own machine by default for personal data.

What stays yours

  • Every account and every line of code is in your company's name from day one.

    From day one
  • Your data, rules, prompts, templates and logs stay yours.

    Always
  • The systems we build for you, and the machine if you choose one.

    If you choose one
  • If either of us stops, everything comes to you as plain files with a runbook, so another developer can run it.

    If either of us stops

Consulting on a whole other level.

Four jobs get a company anything from AI: work out what it should do, build it, run it and answer for it. Most firms do one or two. We do all four.

The four jobs, the price and what a board weighs: Agentec, as its terms set out, against the kinds of firm a company could hire instead

Kinds of firm, judged in our own market study of 12 October 2026, never by name. Our column is what the terms you sign include. The last three rows are the ones a board weighs and a new firm does not win, and the security page and the trust pack say what a reviewer can be shown today.

Who works on your system.

A named lead and engineers on contract for each build, named in your proposal with what each has built. Eashan Gupta, our founder, signs the agreement and is your escalation.

  • No larger firm's system goes live before its second engineer is named.
  • Inside your rules it goes at once. Anything outside them waits for one tap from your person.
  • If an AI agent stops at night it stays stopped, your named person is told, and your team works the old way until we are back. Weekend cover is by arrangement.

A week by the hour: our people answer on weekdays from 09:00 to 19:00 India time. At every other hour the system works inside your rules, an AI agent that stops stays stopped, your named person is told, and your team works the old way until we are back. Weekend cover is by arrangement.

A note every Friday.

While we run it, your named person gets four things in writing each week: what it did, what it cost, what needed a person and what changed.

Friday note

Week 42 · Rate desk on WhatsApp · Sample

To your named person, from the people who run it

1What it did
412 rate requests answered. 386 went inside your rules, and 26 waited for a yes.
2What it cost
Machine time and model use for the week, set out line by line against the run.
3What needed a person
26 rates below your floor, 3 new customers, and one driver's photo it could not read.
4What changed
The new fuel formula went live on Tuesday, and the Chakan lane was added after your yes.

Nothing went out without your rules or a yes. Every action is on the record if you want to see it.

The note every Friday while we run it, with its four parts. A sample, with sample numbers.
For larger firms

Judge us on your work.

Most of what we show was built for our own company and one relocation company. So the test is yours: your past cases, a pass mark you help set, and your team approving every piece. Start with your own private AI, and we show it on our machine before yours.

What a larger firm asks, answered
  • Your own AI, on your own servers. Your staff get an assistant that knows your company, and your files never go to a public AI tool.

    Start here: Stay in control
  • Shown on our machine first. Our own private machine does six kinds of AI work, each checked on 22 September 2026.

    Our private machine
  • No ISO 27001 or SOC 2 yet. Our agreement and liability cap are with our lawyer. Each is said here the day it is true.

What a reviewer can be shown today

You leave knowing what we would build first, and why.

45 minutes on a video call with our founder and the people who live with the problem. Nothing to sign. Have three things open: your last twenty enquiries, your list of unpaid invoices and your approval chats.

Five of the questions he may ask

  1. Which decisions still come to you, and how many reach you in a normal week?
  2. How does a new enquiry reach you, and how long until someone replies with a price?
  3. What gets typed more than once, and into which systems?
  4. How many days pass between finishing the work and the money arriving?
  5. What waits on one person, and how long before a new hire could do it?

He asks about the business first, and AI comes up later.

Your name on it. We answer for it.

Every account and every line of code in your company's name, one fixed price in writing before any work, and a system that has to pass on your own past work before it touches today's.
