Eashan Gupta is the founder of Agentec, the AI company for every company, which rebuilds a company on AI and proves it on that company's own work first. He is also the chief technology officer of IKAN, a relocation company with offices across India, where he built IKAN-OS, winner of the FEM APAC EMMA for Most Innovative Use of Technology in Global Mobility, Bespoke Solutions, in September 2026.
Eashan Gupta is the founder of Agentec, the AI company for every company. Agentec rebuilds a company on AI and proves it on that company's own work first. Agentec Intelligence Private Limited was incorporated in India on 10 August 2026.
Before Agentec sold anything to anyone, he built its first version inside IKAN, a relocation company with offices across India, where he is the chief technology officer. The result is IKAN-OS, AI that runs real work inside IKAN, from quoting and enquiries to itineraries, tracking and reporting. On 3 September 2026 IKAN-OS won the FEM APAC EMMA for Most Innovative Use of Technology in Global Mobility, Bespoke Solutions.
He hosted the AI roundtable at an industry leadership meeting in Hyderabad on 3 July 2026. Agentec built the event app an industry body in Asia Pacific ran two of its meetings on, in Bengaluru on 18 September 2026 and in Tokyo on 30 September 2026. In Bengaluru he spoke on the AI panel, ran a pulse survey of 16 mobility leaders (81 percent said their people do not know how to use AI, 75 percent worry about privacy, and 17 percent use AI on mobility work today), and led the session where every person described an AI agent for a job in their own firm.
Agentec runs its own company on the AI agents it builds: they draft its mail, keep its calendar and built its website, and a person checks what goes out.
