Public life, causes and research

Associations, events and communities.

Where it usually hurts first

A quarter of the people who register never turn up.

Where we would start: The event app. Built from your programme, speakers and room plan: agenda, people, maps, introductions and live updates, with reminders and confirmation calls that keep the room full, tested in the room before the doors open.

The event app, with it running

An organiser's AI agent calls 400 invitees to confirm attendance and food preferences, and the guest list updates as each call ends.

An example, never a client's result

Safe to say yes, in writing.

  1. “I'll pay and nothing will work.”
It has to pass on your old work before it touches today's.
  2. “The price will creep.”
One fixed price, in writing, before any work.
  3. “I'll be locked in.”
Stop any month and keep everything.

Your week, as it runs today.

Associations earn member dues, event registrations, sponsorships and training fees; event organisers earn on tickets, exhibitor space and sponsors. The money depends on renewals and on sponsors coming back: the median association keeps 84% of its members each year, but only 74% of first year members renew (Marketing General, 2025 benchmarking report, 450+ associations). The work is a small team running member services, programmes, speakers, registration, apps and sponsor reports at once.

  1. 01

Registrations open, and the inbox fills with requests to change the name on a badge.

  2. 02

Two sponsors ask what they got out of last year's event.

  3. 03

A quarter of the people registered for the free session don't come.

  4. 04

First year members lapse because nobody called them.

  5. 05

The speaker bios, the room plan and the app are still being edited at midnight.

What it costs.

A study

A quarter of the people who register never turn up.

And the rest of the week

  1. A study, 2025

Sponsors ask what they got, and we send them a headcount.

Half of 500 event organisers say demonstrating return on investment is a top stressor, and 44% have no link between their event platform and their CRM (Swoogo, January 2025; vendor survey).

  2. A study, 2025

New members leave after their first year.

The median association keeps 84% of members overall but only 74% after their first year, and only 31% of associations are using or implementing AI (Marketing General, 2025 Membership Marketing Benchmarking Report, 450+ associations).

  3. Our own sum

Members ask the same questions about dues, events and certificates all day.

Two staff answering members' same questions about dues, events and certificates all day cost about Rs 6 lakh a year in salary.

  4. Our own sum

Our small team runs everything, and the conference takes over the year.

A team of five spending half their year on one conference gives it two and a half salaries, about Rs 15 lakh, before a rupee of sponsorship comes in.

  5. A study, 2025

The best ideas from our events vanish the day after.

The winning supplier was already on the buyer's first shortlist 95% of the time (6sense Buyer Experience Report, 2025, nearly 4,000 B2B buyers), and 54% of B2B marketers name a lack of resources as a challenge (Content Marketing Institute, 2025).

What we would build

Ten systems for associations and events, under the six offers.

We plan the whole company, then build the first three. The usual first build here is marked, and the window beside the cards shows the one you are reading.

The event app, the usual first build here. Shown with sample data.

Build something newBring us your idea. We'll bring it to life.

  1. The usual first buildApps

    The event app

Built from your programme, speakers and room plan: agenda, people, maps, introductions and live updates, with reminders and confirmation calls that keep the room full, tested in the room before the doors open.

Win customersLeads wait until Monday. The buyer doesn't.

  1. Conversations

    Attendee desk

Answers registration, badge, travel and receipt questions on WhatsApp and the web, and makes the change when your rules allow it.

  2. Agents

    Introductions that happen

Suggests who should meet whom from registrations and profiles, and books the meetings on both calendars.

  3. Growth

    First year member journey

Welcomes each new member, makes the right introductions, invites them to the events that fit and reminds them before renewal.

  4. Brand

    Sessions into content

Each session turned into notes, short clips and posts within a day, for your team to approve.

Get the work doneEverything comes to you. Most of it shouldn't.

  1. Voice

    Check-in calls

Calls new and lapsing members to ask how it's going and books a callback with staff when there's a problem.

  2. Operations

    Registration and check-in

Registrations, payments, invoices, badges and check-in in one flow, with the numbers live on the day.

Get paidYou did the work. The money shouldn't take 90 days.

  1. Operations

    Dues and renewals desk

Dues reminders with a payment link, receipts and certificates sent on time, and members who haven't renewed called before they lapse.

Know your companyOnly one person knows how pricing works.

  1. Intelligence

    Sponsor report

Shows each sponsor the people they met, the sessions those people attended and what they asked about, sharing attendee details only with consent and recording every share.

  2. Knowledge

    Member library

Your standards, papers and recordings searchable in plain words for members, with the source beside every answer.

A sample customer app: an order followed to the door, and a question answered from the delivery plan. Shown with sample data.

The same week, with them running.

The five moments from the top of this page, once the first systems do their part. Flip back to see how it runs today.

An example week. It shows how the work changes, never a measured result from a client.

  1. 01

Attendee questions are answered in seconds on WhatsApp and in the event app.

  2. 02

Each sponsor gets a report of the people they met and what those people asked about.

  3. 03

Reminders, calendar holds and a waitlist keep the room full.

  4. 04

New members get a welcome, a check-in call and the right introductions in their first 90 days.

  5. 05

The app is built from your programme and updates itself when the programme changes.

  1. 01

Registrations open, and the inbox fills with requests to change the name on a badge.

  2. 02

Signs it is time.

  • A conference or annual event is three to six months away.
  • Sponsors aren't renewing.
  • First year member renewals are falling.
  • They rent an event app from a different vendor every year.
  • A small team does registrations by hand.

Who decides.

The executive director or chief executive of the association, or the founder of the events company, with the head of membership or sponsorship.

Why this time is different.

AI that was bought and changed nothing.

A tool was bought and nobody owned the job. We take the whole job, test it on your past work, and stay to run it.

What organisers ask first.

What have you built for events?

The event app for an industry body's leadership meetings in Bengaluru on 18 September 2026 and in Tokyo on 30 September 2026: the programme on every phone, and each session's recap the same day, in English and Japanese. In Bengaluru, every person in the room described an agent for a job in their own firm, written well enough to build.

Who pays, the association or the sponsor?

We work that out with you before anything is built. The workshop and the app are each scoped and priced in writing, and a sponsor can carry either at that stated value. We never call sponsored work free.

What about attendee data?

It's yours. The app runs in your account, we write down what is kept and for how long, and no attendee is contacted afterwards without their yes.

Who says yes before anything goes out?

The person who owns that job at your company today. You name them when we write the rules with you. Inside those rules the agent acts at once. Anything outside them waits for one tap from the person named, on their phone, ready to approve or to change.

Do we have to change the software we use?

No. We build around the systems you already run, in accounts in your company's name, and we confirm each one before we start.

What does it cost?

There is no price on this page, because it depends on the work. After the session you get a written proposal with the scope, the test it has to pass, who works on it and one fixed price, before any work.

Where we would start for associations and events: Build something new

Bring us your idea. We'll bring it to life.

An app, a portal, a product or a line of business run by AI agents: shaped, built, launched and run, in your name from day one.

What changes. Something real people can try, then a product with live users, in your name from day one.

What we measure, before and after. Real users on it.

The old way keeps running until the new one has passed on your own work.

What costs your association most? Bring us that.

45 minutes on a video call with our founder and the people who live with the problem. Nothing to sign. You leave knowing what we would build first, and why.
