Technology, media and large firms

Media, publishing and brands.

Where it usually hurts first

Every story needs ten formats, and the team can make two.

Where we would start: Every format from one piece. Takes one approved piece and makes the cuts, captions, thumbnails, sizes and summaries in your style, for an editor's sign-off.

Every format from one piece, with it running

A publisher turns each long interview into a vertical clip, a quote card and a newsletter summary for an editor's sign off.

An example, never a client's result

Safe to say yes, in writing.

  1. “I'll pay and nothing will work.”
It has to pass on your old work before it touches today's.
  2. “The price will creep.”
One fixed price, in writing, before any work.
  3. “I'll be locked in.”
Stop any month and keep everything.

Your week, as it runs today.

Publishers, broadcasters, studios and brand content teams earn from advertising, subscriptions, licensing and production fees, and the money is moving to digital: India's media and entertainment sector grew 9% to Rs 2.78 lakh crore in 2025, digital media crossed Rs 1 lakh crore, and digital ads took 63% of all ad revenue (FICCI-EY, March 2026). The work is producing more pieces in more formats and languages, faster, while protecting rights and archives.

  1. 01

One story has to go out as an article, a reel, a short and a podcast clip by noon.

  2. 02

The Tamil and Telugu versions of the campaign wait for the translator.

  3. 03

An editor spends an hour looking for a clip from 2019.

  4. 04

A pirated copy of Friday's release is on three apps by Saturday.

  5. 05

Ad sales asks for audience numbers that live in four tools.

What it costs.

Our own sum

Our archive is huge, and nobody can find a thing in it.

And the rest of the week

  1. No number yet

Every story needs ten formats, and the team can make two.

No figure we can stand behind yet, so we print none.

  2. A study, 2024

Piracy takes our release the weekend it lands.

India's piracy economy was about Rs 22,400 crore in 2023, Rs 13,700 crore from films and Rs 8,700 crore from streaming content, and 51% of media consumers use pirated sources (EY and IAMAI, The Rob Report, October 2024).

  3. No number yet

    Every language version takes weeks.

No figure we can stand behind yet, so we print none.

  4. A study, 2024

Ad sales can't prove what a campaign delivered.

Only 38% of marketers measure online and offline marketing together to judge what it returned (Nielsen Annual Marketing Report, April 2024, about 2,000 marketers).

  5. A study, 2025

Rights and licences live in spreadsheets and old mail.

Weak contract management costs the average business almost 9% of its annual revenue, and over 15% in industries with complex supply chains or heavy rules (World Commerce and Contracting, August 2025).

What we would build

Ten systems for media and publishing, under the six offers.

We plan the whole company, then build the first three. The usual first build here is marked, and the window beside the cards shows the one you are reading.

Every format from one piece, the usual first build here. Shown with sample data.

Win customersLeads wait until Monday. The buyer doesn't.

AI that runs in your own cloud account, never a public tool.

The same week, with them running.

The five moments from the top of this page, once the first systems do their part. Flip back to see how it runs today.

An example week. It shows how the work changes, never a measured result from a client.

  1. 01

The story is cut into every format from one approved version, for the editor's sign-off.

  2. 02

Versions in Indian languages are drafted in the brand's voice and checked by a native editor.

  3. 03

The archive is searchable by who, what and where on screen.

  4. 04

Copies of your content are found and reported to the platforms the same day.

  5. 05

Audience and revenue numbers sit in one view that updates itself.

Signs it is time.

  • Output demands are rising faster than the team.
  • Expansion into Indian languages is planned.
  • They have a large archive and no way to search it.
  • Piracy is hitting new releases.
  • Ad revenue is moving from print or TV to digital.

Who decides.

The publisher, chief executive or head of digital; in a brand, the head of content or marketing.

Why this time is different.

AI that was bought and changed nothing.

A tool was bought and nobody owned the job. We take the whole job, test it on your past work, and stay to run it.

What publishers ask first.

Who owns the rights to what you make?

You do, and every image, clip and font we use is cleared for the use you named, with the note kept beside the file. We don't use material we can't show the licence for.

Will product details stay exact?

Yes. Names, prices, sizes and claims are copied from what you supply and never rewritten. Anything the agent can't match exactly is set aside for a person.

Does a machine write our articles?

Only if you ask it to draft, and your editor edits every one. Facts come from sources you approve and are linked. Your name goes on it, so your editor decides.

Who says yes before anything goes out?

The person who owns that job at your company today. You name them when we write the rules with you. Inside those rules the agent acts at once. Anything outside them waits for one tap from the person named, on their phone, ready to approve or to change.

Do we have to change the software we use?

No. We build around the systems you already run, in accounts in your company's name, and we confirm each one before we start.

What does it cost?

There is no price on this page, because it depends on the work. After the session you get a written proposal with the scope, the test it has to pass, who works on it and one fixed price, before any work.

Where we would start for media and publishing: Win customers

Leads wait until Monday. The buyer doesn't.

Every enquiry gets an answer and a price while the buyer still wants one, on the channel they wrote in.

What changes. Enquiries get an answer and a price while the buyer still wants one, and you hear a customer is leaving while you can still act.

What we measure, before and after. Time to a first reply and to a priced quote, quotes that got an answer and customers who came back.

The old way keeps running until the new one has passed on your own work.

What costs your media business most? Bring us that.

45 minutes on a video call with our founder and the people who live with the problem. Nothing to sign. You leave knowing what we would build first, and why.
