Public life, causes and research

Government and public services.

Where it usually hurts first

Grievances arrive faster than we can route them.

Where we would start: Grievance router. Reads each grievance, tags it, routes it to the right office, drafts the reply and tracks it to closure, with an officer deciding every reply.

An example, never a client's result

Safe to say yes, in writing.

  1. “I'll pay and nothing will work.”
It has to pass on your old work before it touches today's.
  2. “The price will creep.”
One fixed price, in writing, before any work.
  3. “I'll be locked in.”
Stop any month and keep everything.

Your week, as it runs today.

Government departments buy through tenders and the Government e-Marketplace, which recorded about Rs 5.4 lakh crore of orders in 2024-25 (GeM, reported by All India Radio). The work is citizen requests and grievances, records, inspections, files and reports in many languages, under procurement and data rules that make speed hard.

  1. 01

The grievance portal shows hundreds of new complaints, and each one is routed by hand.

  2. 02

Old records exist only as scanned registers nobody can search.

  3. 03

The helpline gets calls in six languages and has staff for two.

  4. 04

A tender closes on Friday, and the bid team is still reading a 400 page document.

  5. 05

The monthly progress report takes a week of copying from district sheets.

What it costs.

A study, 2025

Grievances arrive faster than we can route them.

And the rest of the week

  1. No number yet

Scanned registers can't be searched, and every request means a clerk turning pages.

No figure we can stand behind yet, so we print none.

  2. A study, 2011

Citizens call in their own language, and we can answer in two.

The 2011 census counted 121 languages with 10,000 or more speakers each, 22 of them in the Constitution's Eighth Schedule (Census of India 2011, Language, Paper 1 of 2018).

  3. A study, 2026

Every tender is hundreds of pages, and the bid team reads it all by hand.

Teams spend about 33 hours on each formal proposal and win 45% of them (Loopio RFP benchmark, 2026, more than 1,500 teams).

  4. Our own sum

The same data gets typed into three portals.

100 applications a day entered into three portals at three minutes each is 15 hours a day, two people's whole day.

  5. A study, 2025

Staff paste official files into free AI tools.

77% of staff who use AI tools paste data into them, and 82% of those pastes come from personal accounts the company can't see (LayerX, October 2025). In India the average data breach cost Rs 22 crore in 2025, and unapproved AI use added about Rs 1.8 crore to it (IBM Cost of a Data Breach, India, 2025).

What we would build

Ten systems for public services, under the six offers.

We plan the whole company, then build the first three. The usual first build here is marked, and the window beside the cards shows the one you are reading.

Grievance router, the usual first build here. Shown with sample data.

Get the work doneEverything comes to you. Most of it shouldn't.

  1. The usual first buildAgents

    Grievance router

Reads each grievance, tags it, routes it to the right office, drafts the reply and tracks it to closure, with an officer deciding every reply.

  2. Documents

    Records from paper and scans

Turns scanned files, forms and registers into checked records, with every uncertain field sent to a staff member to confirm.

  3. Apps

    Field inspection app

Inspections recorded with photos, location and voice notes, and the report written before the inspector leaves the site.

Win customersLeads wait until Monday. The buyer doesn't.

  1. Voice

    Citizen helpline in every language

Answers calls in the caller's language, gives the status of their request and logs every call.

  2. Conversations

Citizen chat on WhatsApp and the web

Answers questions about schemes, documents and applications from your own rules, and opens a request when a person is needed.

  3. Documents

    Tender reader for bid teams

Pulls the eligibility rules, deadlines, penalties and risks out of a tender pack in an hour, each one linked to its page.

Know your companyOnly one person knows how pricing works.

  1. Knowledge

    Rules and circulars assistant

Acts, rules and circulars searchable in plain words for staff, with the clause beside each answer.

  2. Intelligence

    Dashboards that fill themselves

District and programme numbers collected, checked and charted every week without anyone copying sheets.

Stay in controlYour staff already use AI. Your files go with them.

  1. Models

    AI on government servers

Models that run on government servers or approved cloud, so official data stays where the rules say it must.

  2. Trust

    Testing and audit trail

Every system tested for accuracy and accessibility before launch, and every action logged for audit.

A sample job: four AI agents work through an 84 page tender, then wait for a person to say yes. Shown with sample data.

The same week, with them running.

The five moments from the top of this page, once the first systems do their part. Flip back to see how it runs today.

An example week. It shows how the work changes, never a measured result from a client.

  1. 01

Each grievance is read, tagged and routed to the right office and tracked to closure, with an officer deciding every reply.

  2. 02

Scanned registers become searchable records, and staff check every entry the system was unsure of.

  3. 03

The helpline answers in the caller's language and logs every call.

  4. 04

The bid team gets the eligibility rules, deadlines and risks in an hour.

  5. 05

District numbers come in clean, and the report drafts itself.

Signs it is time.

  • Grievances pile up faster than staff can route them.
  • Backlogs of scanned files wait for data entry.
  • Helplines can't keep up in local languages.
  • A tender asks for AI or analytics capability.
  • There's a mandate to move services online this year.

Who decides.

A department's e-governance or IT head, through a tender

Why this time is different.

AI that was bought and changed nothing.

A tool was bought and nobody owned the job. We take the whole job, test it on your past work, and stay to run it.

What department heads ask first.

Do you bid for tenders directly?

Only where we meet every condition in the notice. More often we deliver one qualified part under a lead supplier who holds the contract. We say which before any work starts.

Where does the data stay?

Where the contract says. The agents and models can run on hardware inside the department's network, and nothing leaves it. Access, retention and audit are written down before the first document is read.

What about insurance, references and eligibility?

We check them against the notice before we spend a day on it, and we tell you plainly where we don't qualify rather than finding out at award.

Who says yes before anything goes out?

The person who owns that job at your company today. You name them when we write the rules with you. Inside those rules the agent acts at once. Anything outside them waits for one tap from the person named, on their phone, ready to approve or to change.

Do we have to change the software we use?

No. We build around the systems you already run, in accounts in your company's name, and we confirm each one before we start.

What does it cost?

There is no price on this page, because it depends on the work. After the session you get a written proposal with the scope, the test it has to pass, who works on it and one fixed price, before any work.

Where we would start for public services: Get the work done

Everything comes to you. Most of it shouldn't.

Routine decisions follow your rules. What still needs you arrives on your phone as one tap, with the facts attached.

What changes. Nothing is typed twice, nobody asks where a job is, and routine decisions follow your rules.

What we measure, before and after. Orders typed by hand in a day, decisions reaching the owner in a week and hours spent chasing.

The old way keeps running until the new one has passed on your own work.

What costs your department most? Bring us that.

45 minutes on a video call with our founder and the people who live with the problem. Nothing to sign. You leave knowing what we would build first, and why.
