Larger firms and shared services.
Each invoice costs us nearly five times what the best teams pay.
Where we would start: Document queue agent. One kind of document, such as invoices, claims or onboarding packs, read, checked and entered by an agent, with people handling only the exceptions and every action logged.
Invoices are read, matched and posted, and only the exceptions reach a person.

Your week, as it runs today.
Large companies run finance, HR, procurement, IT and customer operations as shared services, many of them from global capability centres in India: 2,117 centres with about 2.36 million people in 2025-26 (Nasscom and Zinnov). They are judged on cost per transaction, speed and accuracy, so the value is in the queues of invoices, tickets, onboarding, contracts and reports, run faster and with fewer errors inside strict rules on security and audit.

What it costs.
A study, 2025Each invoice costs us nearly five times what the best teams pay.
And the rest of the week
-
A study, 2025
Our AI pilots never leave the pilot.
Despite $30 to 40 billion of enterprise spending on generative AI, 95% of organisations reported no measurable return. Mid-sized firms took about 90 days from pilot to full use, and large enterprises nine months or more (MIT NANDA, The GenAI Divide, 2025: 300+ public deployments, 52 interviews and 153 survey responses).
-
Our own sum
Nobody can find the latest policy or contract.
500 people losing half an hour a day to searching is about 55,000 hours a year.
-
A study, 2025
Staff use public AI because our approved tools are slower.
77% of staff who use AI tools paste data into them, and 82% of those pastes come from personal accounts the company can't see (LayerX, October 2025). In India the average data breach cost Rs 22 crore in 2025, and unapproved AI use added about Rs 1.8 crore to it (IBM Cost of a Data Breach, India, 2025).

Our own sum
Month end takes two weeks.
20 finance staff spending five extra days a month on the close, at Rs 1 lakh a month each, is about Rs 55 lakh a year.
Ten systems for larger firms, under the six offers.

Signs it is time.
- AI pilots are stuck in a sandbox.
- Queues run to thousands of items a month, each with a known cost.
- The board has asked for an AI plan this year.
- Core systems are old and have no API.
- Staff use public AI tools on company data.
Who decides.
The head of a shared services or capability centre, a department head, or the CIO or chief digital officer, with the security head's sign-off.
Why this time is different.
AI that was bought and changed nothing.
A tool was bought and nobody owned the job. We take the whole job, test it on your past work, and stay to run it.
What department heads ask first.
We have procurement and security reviews. Can you pass them?
We answer them straight. Every account is in your name, agents can run inside your network on hardware you own, and the log is yours. We don't claim certifications we don't hold, and we tell you before you ask.
Why one queue and not the whole department?
Because one queue can be measured, built and proved on its own, and the department can see it work before it commits. The second queue is cheaper for the first having been built.
What happens to the people on that queue?
That's your decision, and we don't promise savings before we've measured them. The strategy work writes down the hours the queue takes today, so the decision is made on your numbers.
Who says yes before anything goes out?
The owner of each queue, named in your rules, and your security head signs off the access. Inside those rules the agent acts at once. Anything outside them waits for one tap from the person named, on their phone, ready to approve or to change.
Do we have to change the software we use?
No. We build around the systems you already run, in accounts in your company's name, and we confirm each one before we start.
What does it cost?
There is no price on this page. It is scoped one queue at a time and priced in writing after the session, so the first proof is small and the next is decided on its numbers.
You did the work. The money shouldn't take 90 days.
The invoice goes out the day the job is done, and it is followed up politely until it is paid or your person takes over.
What changes. The bill goes the day the proof arrives, the follow up happens without you, and no supplier bill is paid unchecked.
What we measure, before and after. Days from work done to invoice, days from invoice to money in and supplier bills paid without a check.
The old way keeps running until the new one has passed on your own work.
What costs your team most? Bring us that.
45 minutes on a video call with our founder and the people who live with the problem. Nothing to sign. You leave knowing what we would build first, and why.
