Pharma distribution and stockists.
Our order desk types in hundreds of WhatsApp orders a day.
Where we would start: Order desk on WhatsApp. Reads orders sent as WhatsApp texts, photos of handwritten lists and voice notes, matches each line to your product list, suggests substitutes for what's short and puts the order into billing for a person to confirm.

Orders from any channel land in billing, with substitutes suggested for what's short.
Safe to say yes, in writing.

Pharma distributors and stockists buy from manufacturers and their carrying and forwarding agents and sell to chemists, hospitals and clinics on credit, earning a trade margin that is commonly about 10% for the stockist and 20% for the retailer on drugs outside price control, and less on controlled ones. India's pharma market was about Rs 2.4 lakh crore in 2025, up 8.1% in value, mostly from prices and new launches rather than volume (Pharmarack). The work is orders from hundreds of chemists, schemes, expiry returns, credit, deliveries, recalls and licences, on margins that leave little room for leakage.

A study, 2026
Expired and overstocked medicines eat our margin.
Nearly Rs 48,000 crore a year, about a quarter of India's domestic pharmaceutical spending, is lost to expired and overstocked medicines, unused medicines at home, substandard drugs and the treatment failures that follow (Primus Partners, July 2026).
-
A study, 2024
Chemists pay us in 60 to 90 days, and the company wants its money in 30.
Delayed payments owed to Indian MSMEs stood at an inflation-adjusted Rs 7.34 lakh crore in March 2024 (GAME, FISME and C2FO, reported in November 2025).
-
A study, 2017
When a recall comes, we can't say which chemist got which batch.
Barcodes or QR codes, required until now on India's top 300 drug brands, will be required on all vaccines, anti-cancer, narcotic and psychotropic drugs from 1 July 2027 and on all antimicrobials from 1 July 2028 (Health Ministry amendment to the Drugs Rules, reported by All India Radio, 25 June 2026). WHO estimates 1 in 10 medical products in low and middle income countries is substandard or falsified (WHO, 2017).

A study
Online pharmacies are taking our chemists' business with discounts we can't match.
AIOCD, which says it represents 12.4 lakh chemists, pharmacists and distributors, called a nationwide strike on 20 May 2026 against deep discounting by online sellers (News Arena India).

Signs it is time.
- Orders arrive on WhatsApp and phone and are typed in by hand.
- Expiry claims are a monthly argument with the companies.
- Outstanding beyond 60 days keeps growing.
- They're adding a new company or a new territory.
- Chemists are asking for an app to order from.
Who decides.
The owner or partners of the distribution firm, usually with the person who runs the order desk and accounts.
Why this time is different.
AI that was bought and changed nothing.
A tool was bought and nobody owned the job. We take the whole job, test it on your past work, and stay to run it.
What distributors ask first.
Who says yes before anything goes out?
The person who owns that job at your company today. You name them when we write the rules with you. Inside those rules the agent acts at once. Anything outside them waits for one tap from the person named, on their phone, ready to approve or to change.
Do we have to change the software we use?
No. We build around the systems you already run, in accounts in your company's name, and we confirm each one before we start.
What does it cost?
There is no price on this page, because it depends on the work. After the session you get a written proposal with the scope, the test it has to pass, who works on it and one fixed price, before any work.
Everything comes to you. Most of it shouldn't.
Routine decisions follow your rules. What still needs you arrives on your phone as one tap, with the facts attached.
What changes. Nothing is typed twice, nobody asks where a job is, and routine decisions follow your rules.
What we measure, before and after. Orders typed by hand in a day, decisions reaching the owner in a week and hours spent chasing.
The old way keeps running until the new one has passed on your own work.
