Insurance brokers.

Where it usually hurts first

Comparing quotes from five insurers takes days.

Where we would start: Quote comparison. Reads every insurer's quote and wording into one side-by-side table, flags differences in cover, sub-limits and exclusions, and drafts the recommendation for the broker's yes.

Quote comparison, with it running

Quotes are read into one side-by-side comparison, with every difference in cover flagged.

An example, never a client's result

Safe to say yes, in writing.

  1. “I'll pay and nothing will work.”
It has to pass on your old work before it touches today's.
  2. “The price will creep.”
One fixed price, in writing, before any work.
  3. “I'll be locked in.”
Stop any month and keep everything.

Your week, as it runs today.

Brokers place a company's or family's insurance with insurers and earn commission and rewards on the premium within limits the regulator sets, plus fees for risk advice. Insurance penetration in India stayed flat at 3.7% of GDP in 2024-25 and non-life at about 1% (IRDAI annual report, via Business Standard), so most businesses and families are still underinsured. The work is quotes from many insurers, policy checks, renewals, endorsements and claims support, and brokers now bring in about 38% of the general insurance premium written directly (General Insurance Council, 2024-25).

  1. 01

A client's group health renewal is due, and five insurers send quotes in five formats.

  2. 02

The new policy schedule has a sub-limit nobody asked for.

  3. 03

Two hundred employees ask HR how to claim, and HR forwards it all to you.

  4. 04

A claim is short-paid, and the client wants to know why by evening.

  5. 05

Additions for new joiners pile up in a spreadsheet.

What it costs.

Our own sum

Comparing quotes from five insurers takes days.

And the rest of the week

  1. No number yet

Health claim disputes land on our desk.

No figure we can stand behind yet, so we print none.

  2. Our own sum

Employees ask the same claim questions all day.

Two people answering employees' same claim questions all day cost about Rs 6 lakh a year in salary.

  3. A study, 2025

Policies come back with terms nobody agreed.

Weak contract management costs the average business almost 9% of its annual revenue, and over 15% in industries with complex supply chains or heavy rules (World Commerce and Contracting, August 2025).

  4. No number yet

Most families and small businesses around us are underinsured, and we can't reach them one by one.

No figure we can stand behind yet, so we print none.

  5. A study, 2018

Renewals slip when the one person who handles them is on leave.

Workers say 42% of the knowledge their role needs is unique to them, and they lose 5.3 hours a week waiting for a colleague's knowledge or recreating it (Panopto, 2018, 1,000 US workers).

What we would build

Ten systems for insurance broking, under the six offers.

We plan the whole company, then build the first three. The usual first build here is marked, and the window beside the cards shows the one you are reading.

Quote comparison, the usual first build here. Shown with sample data.

Get the work doneEverything comes to you. Most of it shouldn't.

  1. The usual first buildDocuments

    Quote comparison

Reads every insurer's quote and wording into one side-by-side table, flags differences in cover, sub-limits and exclusions, and drafts the recommendation for the broker's yes.

  2. Operations

    Additions and deletions desk

New joiners and leavers batched to each insurer daily, with the status visible to the client's HR team.

Win customersLeads wait until Monday. The buyer doesn't.

  1. Conversations

    Employee claim desk on WhatsApp

Answers employees' claim and cover questions from their own policy, in their language, and tracks each claim's status.

  2. Growth

    Renewal and cross-sell engine

Renewals worked 60 days out, uncovered risks found for each client, and outreach drafted to small businesses near you.

  3. Voice

    Client helpline

Answers policy and claim calls in the caller's language, from Hindi and Tamil to Arabic, and logs every call.

Get paidYou did the work. The money shouldn't take 90 days.

  1. Documents

    Claim appeal drafts

Reads the policy wording, discharge summary and settlement letter, and drafts the appeal or ombudsman complaint for your claims manager.

Know your companyOnly one person knows how pricing works.

  1. Intelligence

    Renewal and claims view

Each client's claims against premium, a renewal forecast and the negotiation pack, ready before renewal talks.

  2. Knowledge

    Policy wording brain

Every insurer's wordings searchable, so 'is this covered?' is answered with the clause.

  1. Agents

    Policy issue checker

Checks each issued policy against the placement slip and flags mismatches before it reaches the client.

  2. Trust

The same week, with them running.

The five moments from the top of this page, once the first systems do their part. Flip back to see how it runs today.

An example week. It shows how the work changes, never a measured result from a client.

  1. 01

Quotes are read into one side-by-side comparison, with every difference in cover flagged.

  2. 02

Each policy is checked against what was agreed before it reaches the client.

  3. 03

Employees get claim answers on WhatsApp from their own policy, in their language.

  4. 04

The short-paid claim is checked against the wording, and the appeal is drafted.

  5. 05

Additions and deletions go to the insurer in a batch each day, and the client sees the status.

Signs it is time.

  • Quotes are compared in spreadsheets.
  • HR clients are unhappy with claim support.
  • Renewal season is a month or two away.
  • An IRDAI inspection is coming.
  • They want more small business and retail clients.

Who decides.

The principal officer or founder of the broking firm, with the head of employee benefits or claims.

Why this time is different.

AI that was bought and changed nothing.

A tool was bought and nobody owned the job. We take the whole job, test it on your past work, and stay to run it.

What brokers ask first.

Who says yes before anything goes out?

The person who owns that job at your company today. You name them when we write the rules with you. Inside those rules the agent acts at once. Anything outside them waits for one tap from the person named, on their phone, ready to approve or to change.

Do we have to change the software we use?

No. We build around the systems you already run, in accounts in your company's name, and we confirm each one before we start.

What does it cost?

There is no price on this page, because it depends on the work. After the session you get a written proposal with the scope, the test it has to pass, who works on it and one fixed price, before any work.

Where we would start for insurance broking: Get the work done

Everything comes to you. Most of it shouldn't.

Routine decisions follow your rules. What still needs you arrives on your phone as one tap, with the facts attached.

What changes. Nothing is typed twice, nobody asks where a job is, and routine decisions follow your rules.

What we measure, before and after. Orders typed by hand in a day, decisions reaching the owner in a week and hours spent chasing.

The old way keeps running until the new one has passed on your own work.

What costs your broking business most? Bring us that.

45 minutes on a video call with our founder and the people who live with the problem. Nothing to sign. You leave knowing what we would build first, and why.
