Event management and weddings.

Where it usually hurts first

One wedding is forty vendors, three hundred guests and one planner's phone.

Where we would start: Event proposal and vendor desk. Turns every enquiry into a priced proposal from your packages and vendor rates, books the vendors the client approves, chases each one until they confirm, and keeps the family on one checklist from the first call to the day.

Event proposal and vendor desk, with it running

Every enquiry gets a priced proposal from your packages and vendor rates the same day, for your yes.

An example, never a client's result

Safe to say yes, in writing.

  1. “I'll pay and nothing will work.”
It has to pass on your old work before it touches today's.
  2. “The price will creep.”
One fixed price, in writing, before any work.
  3. “I'll be locked in.”
Stop any month and keep everything.

Your week, as it runs today.

Wedding planners, event companies and MICE firms earn a planning fee or a margin on the venues, vendors, travel and rooms they bring together, so profit depends on quoting fast, keeping forty vendors on time and avoiding last minute costs. India's wedding season from 1 November to 14 December 2025 was expected to see about 46 lakh weddings and Rs 6.5 lakh crore of spending, about 5% of it on event management (CAIT, November 2025). The work is enquiries, proposals, vendor bookings, guest lists, travel and rooms, the run of show, payments and changes, almost all of it on WhatsApp.

  1. 01

Three wedding enquiries arrive on Instagram over the weekend, and the proposal for the first takes till Wednesday.

  2. 02

The decorator, the caterer and the DJ each confirm a different time for the sangeet.

  3. 03

Two hundred guests send flight details on WhatsApp, and someone types them into a sheet for the room blocks.

  4. 04

A vendor's advance is due today, and nobody can find the signed quote.

  5. 05

The family changes the menu and the guest count two days before the event.

What it costs.

Our own sum

One wedding is forty vendors, three hundred guests and one planner's phone.

And the rest of the week

  1. Our own sum

Enquiries come in at night, and the proposal takes three days.

Losing one Rs 15 lakh wedding a month to a planner who quoted first is Rs 1.8 crore of business a year.

  2. Our own sum

Guests' flights, rooms and pickups live in one spreadsheet and fifty chats.

300 guests' travel typed from chats at five minutes each is 25 hours of one person's week.

  3. Our own sum

Vendor advances and balances get paid twice, or late.

1% of Rs 2 crore of vendor payments in a season paid twice or wrong is Rs 2 lakh.

  4. No number yet

The family changes the plan two days before, and every vendor needs telling.

No figure we can stand behind yet, so we print none.

  5. No number yet

Corporate clients want the offsite, the conference and the report, all from one firm.

No figure we can stand behind yet, so we print none.

What we would build

Ten systems for events and weddings, under the six offers.

We plan the whole company, then build the first three. The usual first build here is marked, and the window beside the cards shows the one you are reading.

Event proposal and vendor desk, the usual first build here. Shown with sample data.

  1. The usual first buildAgents

    Event proposal and vendor desk

Turns every enquiry into a priced proposal from your packages and vendor rates, books the vendors the client approves, chases each one until they confirm, and keeps the family on one checklist from the first call to the day.

  2. Conversations

    Guest desk on WhatsApp

Guests send flights and preferences on WhatsApp, and the assistant books rooms and pickups, answers questions and sends each guest their schedule.

  3. Brand

    Portfolio films

Films, reels and a portfolio from each event, with the client's consent, ready for your pages and the next pitch.

  4. Conversations

    Enquiry reply at any hour

Answers wedding and event enquiries on Instagram, WhatsApp and your site within minutes, asks the date, city and guest count, and books a call with a planner.

Get the work doneEverything comes to you. Most of it shouldn't.

  1. Operations

    Run of show board

Every event's timeline, vendors, rooms and changes on one board, with each vendor told the moment something moves.

  2. Voice

    Vendor reminder calls

Calls every vendor the day before in their language to confirm the time, the place and what they're bringing.

Get paidYou did the work. The money shouldn't take 90 days.

  1. Trust

    Vendor payments and approvals

Every vendor quote, advance and balance matched to what was booked, with each payment waiting for your yes.

  2. Intelligence

    Event budget view

Budget against actual for every event as it happens, so you see the margin before the last payment, not after.

Know your companyOnly one person knows how pricing works.

  1. Knowledge

    Planner's brain

Every venue, vendor rate, menu and past plan searchable, so a new planner quotes like your best one.

  1. Apps

    Event app for corporate events

Agenda, rooms, people and live captions for a conference or offsite, built from your programme.

The same week, with them running.

An example week. It shows how the work changes, never a measured result from a client.

  1. 01

Every enquiry gets a priced proposal from your packages and vendor rates the same day, for your yes.

  2. 02

Each vendor gets the run of show and confirms on WhatsApp, and the ones who go quiet are chased.

  3. 03

Guests send their travel details to an assistant that books rooms and pickups and sends each guest their schedule.

  4. 04

Every vendor quote, advance and balance sits in one place, with each payment approved in a tap.

  5. 05

Changes update the run of show, the vendors and the budget at once.

Signs it is time.

  • Proposals take days after an enquiry.
  • Vendors are booked and chased on personal WhatsApp.
  • Guest travel lives in spreadsheets.
  • The wedding season or a big conference is two months away.
  • They're adding destination weddings or corporate events.

Who decides.

The founder of the wedding planning or event company, with the head of operations; at a MICE firm, the head of corporate accounts.

Why this time is different.

AI that was bought and changed nothing.

A tool was bought and nobody owned the job. We take the whole job, test it on your past work, and stay to run it.

What planners ask first.

Who says yes before anything goes out?

The person who owns that job at your company today. You name them when we write the rules with you. Inside those rules the agent acts at once. Anything outside them waits for one tap from the person named, on their phone, ready to approve or to change.

Do we have to change the software we use?

No. We build around the systems you already run, in accounts in your company's name, and we confirm each one before we start.

What does it cost?

There is no price on this page, because it depends on the work. After the session you get a written proposal with the scope, the test it has to pass, who works on it and one fixed price, before any work.

Where we would start for events and weddings: Win customers

Leads wait until Monday. The buyer doesn't.

Every enquiry gets an answer and a price while the buyer still wants one, on the channel they wrote in.

What changes. Enquiries get an answer and a price while the buyer still wants one, and you hear a customer is leaving while you can still act.

What we measure, before and after. Time to a first reply and to a priced quote, quotes that got an answer and customers who came back.

The old way keeps running until the new one has passed on your own work.

What costs your events business most? Bring us that.

45 minutes on a video call with our founder and the people who live with the problem. Nothing to sign. You leave knowing what we would build first, and why.
