Solar installers.
Hundreds of applicants in our district, and the vendor who calls first gets the roof.
Where we would start: Applicant callback. Calls every applicant who picked you on the portal, and every enquiry, the same day in their language, checks roof, load, bill, budget and finance, and books a survey.

Every applicant is called the same day, qualified and booked for a survey.
Safe to say yes, in writing.

Rooftop and commercial solar installers earn on each system they design, supply and install and then on maintenance, in a crowded market, so profit depends on converting enquiries, moving paperwork fast and installing right the first time. India's PM Surya Ghar scheme had 77.7 lakh applications and 41.9 lakh rooftop systems installed by 5 August 2026 (Rajya Sabha reply), with 34,219 registered vendors chasing them (Ministry of New and Renewable Energy). The work is leads, surveys, design, subsidy and net meter papers with the electricity company, finance, installation and cleaning.

A study, 2024
We install in three days and wait a month for the meter.
In Rajasthan, installations took 2 to 3 days but commissioning often took over a month; the net metering deadline was cut from 80 days to 18 by an order of 27 February 2024, and about 70% of consumers needed a load increase first (Down To Earth, June 2024).
-
A study, 2017
Dust takes a fifth of the output, and the customer blames the panels.
Dust and air pollution cut solar output in northern India by 17 to 25% or more with monthly cleaning, and output rose about 50% each time panels were cleaned after several weeks (Duke University and IIT Gandhinagar, 2017).

A study
Thirty four thousand vendors are chasing the same customers.
The scheme had 34,219 registered vendors in August 2026, 29,469 of them active (Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, reported by Outlook Business).

Every quote is worked out by hand.
Losing two Rs 2 lakh home systems a week to a faster quote is about Rs 2 crore of sales a year.

Signs it is time.

- Net meter and subsidy files are stuck.

- Maintenance contracts are growing.
- They're moving into commercial and industrial rooftops.
Who decides.
The founder or managing director of the installation company, with the head of sales or projects.
Why this time is different.
AI that was bought and changed nothing.
A tool was bought and nobody owned the job. We take the whole job, test it on your past work, and stay to run it.
What installers ask first.
Who says yes before anything goes out?
The person who owns that job at your company today. You name them when we write the rules with you. Inside those rules the agent acts at once. Anything outside them waits for one tap from the person named, on their phone, ready to approve or to change.
Do we have to change the software we use?
No. We build around the systems you already run, in accounts in your company's name, and we confirm each one before we start.
What does it cost?
There is no price on this page, because it depends on the work. After the session you get a written proposal with the scope, the test it has to pass, who works on it and one fixed price, before any work.
Leads wait until Monday. The buyer doesn't.
Every enquiry gets an answer and a price while the buyer still wants one, on the channel they wrote in.
What changes. Enquiries get an answer and a price while the buyer still wants one, and you hear a customer is leaving while you can still act.
What we measure, before and after. Time to a first reply and to a priced quote, quotes that got an answer and customers who came back.
The old way keeps running until the new one has passed on your own work.
