Moving people and goods

Shipping, ports and customs brokers.

Where it usually hurts first

Cargo waits at the port while papers go back and forth.

Where we would start: Document check before filing. Reads the invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificates, checks them against each other and the shipping bill or bill of entry, and flags HS code and value issues before filing, for the broker to confirm.

Document check before filing, with it running

Consignees hear about the delay and the new date before they call.

An example, never a client's result

Safe to say yes, in writing.

  1. “I'll pay and nothing will work.”
It has to pass on your old work before it touches today's.
  2. “The price will creep.”
One fixed price, in writing, before any work.
  3. “I'll be locked in.”
Stop any month and keep everything.

Your week, as it runs today.

Shipping agents, customs brokers, freight forwarders and container freight stations earn per container, shipment or bill of entry on thin margins, while every day of delay can cost the cargo owner detention and demurrage. India's major ports handled a record 915 million tonnes in 2025-26 (Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways), yet only 51.76% of import cargo at seaports met the government's clearance time target in the 2025 time release study (CBIC). The work is bookings, documents, customs filings, queries, amendments, vessel changes and invoices, mostly by mail and calls.

  1. 01

The vessel is four days late, and twenty consignees need to be told.

  2. 02

A shipping bill needs an amendment because the HS code was wrong.

  3. 03

Customs raises a query on a bill of entry, and the importer's papers are in three mails.

  4. 04

Detention charges start on containers that should have gone back yesterday.

  5. 05

Freight rates moved again overnight, and yesterday's quotes are wrong.

What it costs.

A study, 2025

Cargo waits at the port while papers go back and forth.

And the rest of the week

  1. A study, 2026

Ships arrive late, and every plan after that breaks.

Global schedule reliability was 61.5% in 2025, up from 53% in 2024 but well below the 70 to 80% that was normal before 2020 (Sea-Intelligence, reported by The Loadstar, January 2026).

  2. No number yet

Freight rates swing overnight, and our quotes go stale.

No figure we can stand behind yet, so we print none.

  3. No number yet

Detention and demurrage eat the margin.

No figure we can stand behind yet, so we print none.

  4. No number yet

Every shipment still runs on paper bills of lading.

No figure we can stand behind yet, so we print none.

  5. Our own sum

Consignees call all day to ask where their box is.

Two people answering 'where is my box' all day cost about Rs 6 lakh a year in salary.

What we would build

Ten systems for shipping and customs, under the six offers.

We plan the whole company, then build the first three. The usual first build here is marked, and the window beside the cards shows the one you are reading.

Document check before filing, the usual first build here. Shown with sample data.

Get the work doneEverything comes to you. Most of it shouldn't.

The five moments from the top of this page, once the first systems do their part. Flip back to see how it runs today.

An example week. It shows how the work changes, never a measured result from a client.

  1. 01

Consignees hear about the delay and the new date before they call.

  2. 02

Documents are checked against each other before filing, and the HS code against the description.

  3. 03

The query reply is drafted with the right papers attached, for the broker's signature.

  4. 04

Free time is tracked for each container, and returns are planned before charges start.

  5. 05

Quotes are rebuilt from the day's rates and surcharges.

Signs it is time.

  • Documents are keyed in by hand for customs filings.
  • Detention and demurrage disputes come up every month.
  • Queries and amendments are rising.
  • Customers are asking for tracking.
  • They're opening new trade lanes or a new freight station.

Who decides.

The owner or managing director of the forwarding, customs broking or container freight business, with the head of operations.

Why this time is different.

AI that was bought and changed nothing.

A tool was bought and nobody owned the job. We take the whole job, test it on your past work, and stay to run it.

What customs brokers ask first.

Who says yes before anything goes out?

The person who owns that job at your company today. You name them when we write the rules with you. Inside those rules the agent acts at once. Anything outside them waits for one tap from the person named, on their phone, ready to approve or to change.

Do we have to change the software we use?

No. We build around the systems you already run, in accounts in your company's name, and we confirm each one before we start.

What does it cost?

There is no price on this page, because it depends on the work. After the session you get a written proposal with the scope, the test it has to pass, who works on it and one fixed price, before any work.

Where we would start for shipping and customs: Get the work done

Everything comes to you. Most of it shouldn't.

Routine decisions follow your rules. What still needs you arrives on your phone as one tap, with the facts attached.

What changes. Nothing is typed twice, nobody asks where a job is, and routine decisions follow your rules.

What we measure, before and after. Orders typed by hand in a day, decisions reaching the owner in a week and hours spent chasing.

The old way keeps running until the new one has passed on your own work.

What costs your business most? Bring us that.
