NBFCs and lenders.

Where it usually hurts first

Micro loan stress rose faster than our team could call.

Where we would start: Collection calls within the rules. Voice agents make reminder calls within permitted hours and your approved script, log each promise and pass hardship cases to a person.

Collection calls within the rules, with it running

Files are read into the loan system with a confidence mark on every field, and analysts see only the doubtful ones.

An example, never a client's result

Safe to say yes, in writing.

  1. “I'll pay and nothing will work.”
It has to pass on your old work before it touches today's.
  2. “The price will creep.”
One fixed price, in writing, before any work.
  3. “I'll be locked in.”
Stop any month and keep everything.

Your week, as it runs today.

NBFCs and other lenders borrow from banks and markets and lend to people and small businesses, earning the spread after credit losses and running costs, so profit depends on underwriting well, collecting on time and keeping the cost of each loan low. India had close to 9,000 NBFCs at the end of March 2025, and stressed assets in NBFC micro loans rose to 5.9% from 3.9% six months earlier (RBI Financial Stability Report, June 2025). The work is sourcing, KYC, appraisal, disbursal, collections, service and a long list of RBI rules.

  1. 01

Loan files arrive as phone photos of bank statements, tax returns and property papers.

  2. 02

A credit analyst reads 200 pages to write one appraisal note.

  3. 03

Bounce lists come in on the 5th, and collection calls start from a printed list.

  4. 04

A borrower complains that a recovery agent called at 9 pm.

  5. 05

The quarter's RBI return needs data from four systems.

What it costs.

Our own sum

Our analysts read hundreds of pages for every loan.

And the rest of the week

  1. No number yet

Micro loan stress rose faster than our team could call.

No figure we can stand behind yet, so we print none.

  2. A study, 2025

Fake or doctored papers slip through underwriting.

Banks reported loan frauds of Rs 33,148 crore in 2024-25, up from Rs 10,072 crore, though much of the rise came from older cases reported again after re-examination (RBI annual report, reported by Deccan Chronicle, May 2025).

  3. A study

One bad recovery call can bring the regulator to our door.

Under the RBI's Digital Lending Directions of 8 May 2025, the lender stays responsible for resolving every complaint, including those about its lending partners (Argus Partners summary).

  4. Our own sum

Borrowers call with the same questions about EMIs and statements.

Two people answering borrowers' same questions about EMIs and statements all day cost about Rs 6 lakh a year in salary.

  5. A study, 2025

Customer data passes through too many hands and tools.

77% of staff who use AI tools paste data into them, and 82% of those pastes come from personal accounts the company can't see (LayerX, October 2025). In India the average data breach cost Rs 22 crore in 2025, and unapproved AI use added about Rs 1.8 crore to it (IBM Cost of a Data Breach, India, 2025).

What we would build

Ten systems for lending, under the six offers.

We plan the whole company, then build the first three. The usual first build here is marked, and the window beside the cards shows the one you are reading.

Collection calls within the rules, the usual first build here. Shown with sample data.

Get paidYou did the work. The money shouldn't take 90 days.

  1. The usual first buildVoice

    Collection calls within the rules

Voice agents make reminder calls within permitted hours and your approved script, log each promise and pass hardship cases to a person.

  2. Agents

    Appraisal note drafts

Drafts the credit appraisal from the file, with every figure linked to the page it came from, for the credit officer to decide.

Win customersLeads wait until Monday. The buyer doesn't.

  1. Intelligence

    Early warning

Watches repayments, bank flows and bureau data and flags the accounts most likely to slip, weeks ahead.

  2. Conversations

    Borrower desk on WhatsApp

EMI dates, statements, foreclosure quotes and receipts answered on WhatsApp in the borrower's language.

Get the work doneEverything comes to you. Most of it shouldn't.

  1. Documents

    Loan file reader

Reads bank statements, tax returns, GST filings and property papers into the loan system, marks how sure it is of each field and sends only the doubtful ones to a person.

  2. Apps

    Sourcing partner app

Sourcing partners submit files and see each one's status, so nothing waits in a mail thread.

  3. Operations

    Field collection app

Routes, visits, receipts and location for field collectors, with every visit recorded.

Know your companyOnly one person knows how pricing works.

  1. Knowledge

    Policy and circular brain

Credit policy, product rules and RBI circulars searchable for every branch, with the clause beside each answer.

Stay in controlYour staff already use AI. Your files go with them.

  1. Trust

    Fraud and document checks

Spots edited PDFs, mismatched statements and repeat applicants before a loan is approved.

  2. Models

    Private lending AI

Models that run on your own servers, so borrower data never leaves your control.

A sample week of payments due: each one followed up until it is paid, and one dispute brought to a person. Shown with sample data.

The same week, with them running.

An example week. It shows how the work changes, never a measured result from a client.

Signs it is time.

  • Loan files are keyed in by hand.
  • Early delinquencies are rising.
  • An RBI inspection is coming, or new directions need putting in place.
  • They're expanding into new states or products.
  • Collection agencies are hard to supervise.

Who decides.

The chief executive or chief operating officer; for credit tools, the chief risk or credit officer; for collections, the head of collections, with the compliance head comfortable.

Why this time is different.

AI that was bought and changed nothing.

A tool was bought and nobody owned the job. We take the whole job, test it on your past work, and stay to run it.

What lenders ask first.

Who says yes before anything goes out?

The person who owns that job at your company today. You name them when we write the rules with you. Inside those rules the agent acts at once. Anything outside them waits for one tap from the person named, on their phone, ready to approve or to change.

Do we have to change the software we use?

No. We build around the systems you already run, in accounts in your company's name, and we confirm each one before we start.

What does it cost?

There is no price on this page, because it depends on the work. After the session you get a written proposal with the scope, the test it has to pass, who works on it and one fixed price, before any work.

Where we would start for lending: Get paid

You did the work. The money shouldn't take 90 days.

The invoice goes out the day the job is done, and it is followed up politely until it is paid or your person takes over.

What changes. The bill goes the day the proof arrives, the follow up happens without you, and no supplier bill is paid unchecked.

What we measure, before and after. Days from work done to invoice, days from invoice to money in and supplier bills paid without a check.

The old way keeps running until the new one has passed on your own work.

What costs your lending business most? Bring us that.

45 minutes on a video call with our founder and the people who live with the problem. Nothing to sign. You leave knowing what we would build first, and why.
