Where it usually hurts first

Our backlog grows faster than we can hire.

Where we would start: Backlog cleared by agents. Agents that write tests, fix bugs and clear the backlog in your codebase, with your engineers reviewing every change before it merges.

Backlog cleared by agents, with it running

Each night AI agents take the bug tickets tagged small, fix them with tests and leave pull requests for the morning review.

An example, never a client's result

Safe to say yes, in writing.

  1. “I'll pay and nothing will work.”
It has to pass on your old work before it touches today's.
  2. “The price will creep.”
One fixed price, in writing, before any work.
  3. “I'll be locked in.”
Stop any month and keep everything.

Your week, as it runs today.

Software companies earn subscriptions or licence and services fees, so value comes from shipping what customers use, keeping them past renewal and selling more to those who stay. Bain put Indian SaaS annual recurring revenue at $12 to 13 billion in 2022 and expected $35 billion by 2027. The work is building, fixing, supporting and selling at the same time, with a team that is always smaller than the backlog.

  1. 01

The sprint slips because two senior engineers are fixing last week's release.

  2. 02

An enterprise prospect sends a 300 question security questionnaire.

  3. 03

Support gives the same answer about single sign-on thirty times.

  4. 04

A customer's renewal is three weeks away, and their usage halved in May.

  5. 05

The roadmap meeting follows whoever shouted loudest.

What it costs.

A study, 2018

Our backlog grows faster than we can hire.

And the rest of the week

  1. Our own sum

We build what the loudest customer asked for.

Two engineers spending a quarter on a feature few customers use is about Rs 15 lakh of salary on the wrong thing.

  2. A study, 2026

Enterprise deals stall on questionnaires and RFPs.

Teams spend about 33 hours on each formal RFP response and win 45% of them (Loopio RFP benchmark, 2026, more than 1,500 teams).

  3. Our own sum

Customers leave at renewal, and we didn't see it coming.

5% of Rs 10 crore of yearly subscription revenue lost at renewal is Rs 50 lakh a year.

  4. Our own sum

Support answers the same questions all day.

Two support engineers answering the same single sign-on question all day cost about Rs 12 lakh a year.

  5. No number yet

Engineers paste code and customer data into public AI tools.

No figure we can stand behind yet, so we print none.

What we would build

Ten systems for software companies, under the six offers.

We plan the whole company, then build the first three. The usual first build here is marked, and the window beside the cards shows the one you are reading.

Backlog cleared by agents, the usual first build here. Shown with sample data.

Build something newBring us your idea. We'll bring it to life.

  1. The usual first buildAgents

    Backlog cleared by agents

Agents that write tests, fix bugs and clear the backlog in your codebase, with your engineers reviewing every change before it merges.

  2. Apps

    Working prototype

A working prototype of the next product or feature, in front of real users early.

  3. Agents

    Code review on every change

Every code change is checked for bugs, security holes and broken house rules before it merges, with fixes suggested for your reviewer.

Win customersLeads wait until Monday. The buyer doesn't.

  1. Conversations

    Support agent that fixes

Answers customers from your docs and tickets, does routine fixes like resetting access, and hands real bugs to engineering with the logs attached.

  2. Intelligence

    Customer health and feedback

Usage, tickets and calls turned into a health score for each account and a ranked list of what customers keep asking for.

  3. Knowledge

    Help centre that writes itself

Help articles drafted from solved tickets and release notes, and kept current as the product changes.

  4. Growth

    Outbound engine

Finds companies that look like your best customers, watches for buying signals and drafts outreach for your sales team.

  5. Voice

    Voice in your product

Users ask your product out loud, in their own words and their own language, and it does the task.

Stay in controlYour staff already use AI. Your files go with them.

  1. Documents

    Questionnaire desk

Drafts security questionnaires and RFP answers from your policies, certificates and past answers, for your security lead to check and sign.

  2. Trust

    Release and AI testing

Every release tested the way customers use it, and every AI feature measured against a test set before it ships.

A sample job: four AI agents work through an 84 page tender, then wait for a person to say yes. Shown with sample data.

AI that runs in your own cloud account, never a public tool.

The same week, with them running.

The five moments from the top of this page, once the first systems do their part. Flip back to see how it runs today.

An example week. It shows how the work changes, never a measured result from a client.

  1. 01

Tests run on every change, and regressions are caught before release.

  2. 02

The questionnaire comes back drafted from your policies and past answers, for your security lead to sign.

  3. 03

Support answers from your docs and solved tickets, and engineers see only real bugs.

  4. 04

The account at risk was flagged in May, and the customer success lead had a call booked.

  5. 05

The roadmap shows what customers asked for, weighted by revenue, from every call and ticket.

Signs it is time.

  • The backlog grows faster than the team.
  • Enterprise deals stall in security review.
  • Support headcount grows with every new customer.
  • Renewals surprise them in the last quarter.
  • They want AI features and have nobody free to build them.

Who decides.

The founder or CTO; in a larger company, the head of engineering or product.

Why this time is different.

AI that was bought and changed nothing.

A tool was bought and nobody owned the job. We take the whole job, test it on your past work, and stay to run it.

What founders ask first.

Who owns the code?

You do, from the first commit. We work in your repository under your licence, and nothing we write for you is reused for anyone else.

Is this a dev shop or AI?

Both when it helps. The engineers on your build work with AI agents, and a person reviews every change before you see it. If a problem needs plain code and no AI, we say so.

How do you price engineering?

In a written proposal after the session: a build is priced for its scope, and a backlog by hours a month, written down. We only sell hours we have.

Who says yes before anything goes out?

The person who owns that job at your company today. You name them when we write the rules with you. Inside those rules the agent acts at once. Anything outside them waits for one tap from the person named, on their phone, ready to approve or to change.

Do we have to change the software we use?

No. We build around the systems you already run, in accounts in your company's name, and we confirm each one before we start.

What does it cost?

There is no price on this page, because it depends on the work. After the session you get a written proposal with the scope, the test it has to pass, who works on it and one fixed price, before any work.

Where we would start for software companies: Build something new

Bring us your idea. We'll bring it to life.

An app, a portal, a product or a line of business run by AI agents: shaped, built, launched and run, in your name from day one.

What changes. Something real people can try, then a product with live users, in your name from day one.

What we measure, before and after. Real users on it.

The old way keeps running until the new one has passed on your own work.

What costs your software company most? Bring us that.

45 minutes on a video call with our founder and the people who live with the problem. Nothing to sign. You leave knowing what we would build first, and why.
